Pas du tout un quatre étoiles !
Pros:

Facile a trouver. Le parking.
Le cafe de matin. L’amabilité du jeune recepționist. L’amabilité de la dame qui tienne le resto.

Cons:

Vieux, chambre et salle de bain trop petites, l’équipement use (cabine de douche). Petit déjeuner assez basique.

Bello , Buono , Basic da due stelle.
Pros:

La posizione e la cortesia , discreto il cibo ma si potrebbe fare di più e meglio. L'ascensore è utilissimo quando si hanno valige pesanti .. causa un blocco dell' ascensore per la cinghia del mio borsone rimasta incastrata nella porta esterna al piano , sono intervenuti immediatamente per sbloccare la situazione liberandomi da una situazione penosa ( caldo assurdo a Civitavecchia) . Parcheggio aperto ma interno all' hotel con moto a vista dalla camera . Abbiamo usufruito dello stendino dell' hotel per asciugare alcuni panni personali con tanta comprensione. Veramente di uso familiare . L'hotel è vicinissimo al mare balneabile ..a qualche 100 mt si trova sulla stradina costiera il varco di una discesa a mare libera su una comoda piattaforma di cemento un po' datata ma fornita di scalette per entrata nel mare dal fondale basso , e di doccia pubblica per sciacquarsi dopo il tuffo .. il letto in camera è molto comodo , tutto sommato mi sono trovato bene !

Cons:

La camera doppia è limitata anche se fornita delle principali comodità come un bagno con doccia e bidè, il televisore e relativo telecomando inutilizzabili , occorre seguire un corso di formazione per imparare la sincronizzazione dei pulsanti e come sintonizzarsi sul segnale Sky per vedere qualche programma ( dopo un viaggio estenuante in nave e trasferimento in terra ferma moto e bagagli , si avrebbe bisogno di comodità semplici da usare ) e idem la climatizzazione ( solo automatico nelle stanze e nessuna possibilità di regolazione per la sensibilità soggettiva ).. in questa zona la pressione dell' acqua è scarsa : problemi con la doccia per gittata e temperatura, praticamente non utilizzabile secondo il proprio gusto ... Colazione più che abbondante ma selezione da discount dei prodotti serviti . ps il caffè espresso alla macchina del Bar è accettabile , cosa che non si può dire del caffè da dispensatore già predisposto e delle merendine sigillate ( che tristezza )

Soggiorno di una notte sufficiente
Pros:

Possibilità di fare il check in verso mezzanotte, in quanto il nostro traghetto dalla Sardegna ha fatto tre ore di ritardo.
Possibilità di parcheggio dentro la struttura, anche se a pagamento.

Cons:

Migliorerei la climatizzazione nella camera.
Struttura carina sicuramente per gli anni d'oro. Ora ci sarebbe da rinnovare o sistemare, soprattutto nelle camere.
Rapporto qualità/prezzo troppo alto

Pros:

We stayed only one night. Hotel is close to harbour. If you want to go to the center it`s 2,5 km long walk. But hotel has restaurant where you can eat dinner (we didin't).
Hotel serve continental and italian breakfast and real coffee.

Cons:

Hotel is little outdated. They need to make renovation, especially in bathrooms.
It would be nice to have real bread for breakfast and some vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, ...).

Friendly, small hotel with everything you need for short stays
Pros:

Thank you Marcel for all the assistance during our stay. Airport shuttle collection and return. Shuttle to and from cruise ship. All at a reasonable price. Also the assistance working out the train timetable for our day trip to Rome.
Hotel quite a distance from the town, but we knew that and as we like to take daily walks, the 40 mins to walk to there was not a problem. Lovely evening meals in their restaurant. Very friendly staff.

Pros:

Приветливый персонал, вкусный завтрак, номер был с отдельными кроватями, как я и заказывала. В порт нас отвёз трансфер отеля, это очень удобно.

Cons:

Мы были уставшие после бессонной ночи перелёта. Не смотря на то, что мы прибыли в отель чуть позже заявленного времени, наш номер не был готов к заселению, нам пришлось ждать около получаса.
