Cons:

Prezzo troppo alto per la struttura un po datata. Colazione negativa. Uova fredde, pancetta non si poteva mangiare, senza glutine solo fette biscottate. Poco appetibile in generale

The accommodations were adequate for a one night stay as a stop over before boarding a cruise ship.
Pros:

The morning breakfast was very good. The selection of food was diverese. The room used a different card system for the electrical that I am not familiar using, but figured it out. The room was dark and one of the lights did not work on the bedside stand. The bathroom had the bear essentials and adequate. The TV was very complicated to use and only Italian channels were available, not so good for me, I do not understand Italian. The staff were very polite and courtesous. The shuttle service was accommodating to my needs as well.

Excellent restaurant on site, Alessandro! Great food. Excellent location to the Civitavecchia Port. Shuttle service was amazing to get to the port for our cruise.

Cons:

When we opened up the one room assigned to us, it was not cleaned at all. A housekeeper needed to be called back in to clean the room, which wasn't ready for another hour or so.

Adequate overnight accommodations to cruise port
Pros:

Dinner and breakfast was good. Location to the Port was good. Pickup service from the airport was helpful, a bit pricey. The staff were very pleasant and spoke English. The hotel was close to the cruise port. The location was quiet and off the main road.

Cons:

Electrical was a bit dated and needs an upgrade. TV was challenging to figure out. Light was broken at bed side.
