Cons:

Поехали в отпуск втроем с 7-ми летним ребенком. Бронировали на 4 ночи 2 комнаты, так как 3-местных номеров у них нет, а мы хотели остановиться именно тут, так как уже были у них 10 лет назад и нам очень понравилось. Заранее указали что приедем поздно вечером. Но по приезду обнаружили, что отопление в номерах выключено. На улице было около 5-7 градусов, так что и в номерах тоже было очень холодно. На наш вопрос, почему так, просто ответили, что они всегда выключают отопление после уборки за предыдущими гостями и так и должно быть. Батареи мы включили, но за 2 часа комнаты не нагрелись совсем, поставить дополнительные обогреватели отель отказался. Так же обнаружилось, что один из номеров настолько маленький, что душевая размещена прямо в комнате вплотную к кровати, чайника нет, даже стаканов не поставили. На фотографиях отель этого не показал, душевой кабины не видно, поэтому было очень не приятно после долгой дороги увидеть холодный номер, ещё и с душевой кабиной посреди. И это ещё при том, что цена за номер была сильно выше средней по городу. На наше возмущение, почему это заранее никак не указано было ни в описании, ни на фотографиях, администратор заявила, что она не обязана выкладывать на фотографиях весь номер целиком. Такой вариант нас не устроил и мы предложили отказаться от этого номера и остаться только в одном, но отель отказал. После долгих разговоров по телефону с администратором, которого в отеле не оказалось, отель согласился сократить бронирование до одной ночи, так что мы оплатили обе комнаты до следующего утра и утром выехали. Было видно, что отель не заинтересован в решении проблем. Даже процесс изменения бронирования занял больше часа, так как сначала администратор отправляла нас звонить в поддержку Booking, якобы даты должны изменить они. И только после нескольких моих попыток объяснить, что в Booking я уже создал нужные обращения и им нужно их только подтвердить в своем кабинете, администратор наконец это сделала.

Pros:

Großartiges Frühstück, sehr freundliches Personal, sehr kompetent, hilfsbereit bei Fragen. Insgesamt waren wir sehr sehr zufrieden.

Cons:

An der Ausstattung gibt es ein bisschen zu verbessern. Ich mag keinen Teppich in Hotelzimmern.

Wohlfühlzeit
Pros:

Liebevolles familiär geführtes Hotel. Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber völlig ausreichend und es fehlte an nichts. Beim Frühstück ist für jeden etwas dabei, Eier und Kaffee/Tee wurden auf Wunsch frisch zubereitet. DasHotel liegt ruhig und man ist in kurzer Zeit bei der S-und UBahn.

Pros:

Walking distance to the Spandau Citadel. Perfect for a night after a concert. Nice and clean. Lady at reception was super friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room was quite hot and there was no AC or fan. But it was better after leaving the windows open for a bit.
