I didn’t like that I paid for a hotel room with a pool when in fact it’s been closed for a year and a half!!! The hot tub is the same way! I was extremely disappointed considering it’s the main reason I chose this place. Extremely disappointed and would like this to be corrected. My husband was very upset but the front desk gentleman couldn’t do anything if he wanted to! Very disappointed!!!!

Not what it used to be very disappointing
Pros:

Location and breakfast were good and clean area

Cons:

Bathroom was dirty and hair all over the floor when we arrived

Sheets were stained and dirty

Pool was closed and not notified until day of arrival

Pros:

AC was cold, breakfast was decent.

Cons:

Room had a bad smell, construction workers and big trash bins were all parked and placed in the handicap parking spots. The controller for the TV didn't work, and the A/C was leaking.

Pros:

Newly renovated areas (including my room) were nice. Very convenient location. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Renovations and associated noise. Close to freeway and trains tracks, which brought some noise at night.
