Newly renovated areas (including my room) were nice. Very convenient location. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Renovations and associated noise. Close to freeway and trains tracks, which brought some noise at night.

We showed up under the contingency and expectation to have access to the swimming pool for my daughter and her birthday as that’s all she wanted. We showed up to be told last minute that the pool was closed. We had to make last minute changes and plans to still give her the birthday wish she wanted and booked another hotel. I was told if I went online to the travel agency I would be refunded my room charge as we never even checked in to it. I did exactly what the hotel said to make my complaint to get my refund and I was just given the run around back and forth between the hotel staff manager and the agency about who’s responsible and who’s waiting on who to accept my complaint and issue the refund. The refund was never issued like I was told it would be and now I got the e mail to give this lovely review so here you go. I don’t see myself ever wanting to use holiday inn again for their poor customer service and lack of understanding. Can’t even make a simple room charge right.

Even though they are doing renovations, our room was very nice and quiet!
The check in staff were great! The breakfast staff were so pleasant and helpful!!! They were the best!!!
The place was torn up due to remodeling. It was somewhat difficult to maneuver through all of the construction materials stacked in the hallways.
I booked in Demming, with help from hotel staff for better rates. But when we pulled it up it showed las crusis. I did ask for guarantee since I was in the hotel already. We called to get money back since they said this was the 2nd time that day it happened.
The entryway to the room was barely wheelchair accessible. If my chair had been any wider I would not have been able to fit into the room, between fridge and closet.

Dirty because of construction, ice machine was unplugged on our floor employee parking in handicap spot trash barrels in handicap spot
