Holiday Inn Express & Suites Fort Worth Downtown by IHG

When we first pulled up the sign for the hotel was not lit up. There were homeless people everywhere at all times of the day. There was road construction everywhere as well. We had to pay for parking, but the parking lot is on the same lot as the hotel and self parking, so I’m not sure why that would be a thing. There was only one elevator working, and it took almost 4 minutes to get to you anywhere you were. The second broke in the morning but was fixed by midday. The room itself was nice and clean, but the bathroom tub was not working well at all. The shower head was about to fall out of the wall, and you had to put all your strength to put the tub to the shower. It took well over an hour to clean up the throw up in our hallway in the morning. The only redeeming quality was the staff and that breakfast was good. It was definitely not worth $250 a night plus $20 A DAY for parking.

Road works just outside the hotel created some inconvenience and it was a messy look for the hotel

The wonderful young lady that checked us in was very sweet, kind and very helpful, not just to me, but also other guests

There was no hot water. We showered with cold water. We notified the attendant front desk. He mentioned something was being replaced. I will not stay here again. I am requesting some sort of refund. I cannot believe a hotel cannot offer basic hot water service.

The lobby was clean and neat. The service desk attendant was informative and kind.

The hotel was clean....the water in our shower ran a pencil stream of water the entire stay, and only got luke warm water if we turned the hot tap on on the sink. Staff tried to help as far as putting in work orders 3 different times but it was never fixed. Breakfast had several options. Pool was miserably cold but there was a hot tub. If you have a large vehicle there is NO parking except in the shuttle parking spot. I have definitely stayed in nicer HIE before.

Came for a fun concert but completely disappointed in the quality vs cost. I paid the price for the Omni and got the stay of a Motel 6.
This motel needs a complete renovation hands down

No hot water. Room service walked in even with sign of do not disturb, blood stain on sheet.

It was easy to locate and everyone was friendly and helpful. Slept well.

Hotel was decent, parking was an issue and elevator was questionable. Overpriced for what the quality was.

We checked in on Thursday & out on Saturday. None of the ice machines were in working order. Guests had to take ice bucket to the front desk and wait for an available employee to get ice from the kitchen!
TV guide in the rooms showed channels available but even though Fox News Channel and News Max were listed, they were NOT available.

Hotel was very clean and close to a quiktrip. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice place

Meh...carpet stained and should have been vacuumed. It was quiet and convenient to the convention center. Parking should have been free here, I was gouged. This hotel is on the wrong side of the highway to charge for parking. This property needs a major remodel.

They charged me an extra fee at the check in desk I didn’t know about, overall all good i guess
