Categories

Cleanliness
5.2
Multiple guests reported a dirty, aging building, bad smells and rooms in poor condition (missing drains, grime). A few mentions said rooms were 'pretty clean', but overall cleanliness is a clear negative trend.
Service
9.7
Service is frequently praised: polite, helpful staff, quick check-in and some staff moved guests after issues. There are isolated reports of unwelcoming staff or slow maintenance response, but the dominant sentiment is strong, helpful service.
Location
9.6
Consistently described as neat/close to downtown and a good location (including Spanish 'ubicación'). One guest found the surrounding area run-down, but location proximity to downtown is a strong positive.
Room Quality
5.6
Many reports of maintenance problems: low water pressure, shower valves that won't shut, broken curtains, missing bathtub drains, showers that barely spray and toilets that don't flush. A few guests noted comfortable rooms, but room quality is generally poor.
Amenities
9.7
Breakfast is repeatedly praised and extras (hairdresser, iron/ironing board available) were appreciated. Negatives include lack/unavailability of shuttle and paid parking, but overall on-site amenities were strong in guest comments.
Value for Money
6.4
Several guests felt the hotel was overpriced given maintenance and condition issues; unexpected parking fees and extra charges reduced perceived value despite good breakfast and location.
Food and Beverage
9.7
Breakfast is repeatedly described as 'really good' or 'excellent' across multiple reviews, making F&B one of the strongest positives.
Overall Experience
9.7
Overall impressions are mixed but tilt positive: many guests praise staff, breakfast and location and would book again, while others report serious maintenance and cleanliness problems. The dominant feedback highlights strong service and amenities despite maintenance issues.

The bed was very comfortable, not enough tv channels
Pros:

The location was perfect, the only issue was that there isn’t any fast food restaurants nearby

Cons:

Elevators were dirty, they needed to be swept and mopped

Decepcionante e caro.
Pros:

Localização

Cons:

A estadia me proporcionou uma verdadeira experiência de fazenda no Texas: o ar condicionado faz o barulho de um trator dentro do seu quarto!

Pros:

Hotel is clean, (almost) centrally located, rooms spacious.

Cons:

On my first morning, someone arbitrarily decided there would be no breakfast even if most of us had paid for it. An arrogant prick behind the reception desk brazenly told me I could pick some of the junk they held in fridges as a substitute for the buffet. When I refused, he disinterestedly told me that he'd offered me an alternative and the fact I wouldn't take it was not his problem. I could "contact Booking and change the hotel if I was not happy.". This level of audacity I've not seen in a long time.

Pros:

Front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming

Cons:

In the middle of the night for an hour or two on and off, a loud beeping noise started occurring coming from the wall between the shower and mini fridge.
