La posizione e l'architettura storica dell'hotel
L'accoglienza un distaccata, la scarsità delle informazioni da probabile barriera linguistica e i servizi iguenici troppo datati.
Hotel dal fascino regale, con un meraviglioso cortile interno in perfetto stile andaluso che rende l’atmosfera davvero caratteristica. Camera grande, spaziosa e molto pulita, con un letto enorme e comodissimo. Anche il bagno era ampio e ben organizzato, con bidet, cosa non così scontata in Spagna. Personale sempre gentile e disponibile. Molto comodo anche il garage convenzionato a prezzo onesto, a circa 10 minuti a piedi dall’hotel. Super consigliato per soggiornare a Granada!

Fuite d'eau à la parois de douche, planche de wc instable, bonde de l'évier cassée. Salle de bain pas terrible.
La habitacion muy muy pequeña asi como el baño. Y anticuada con gotele. Hasta la TV pequeña

La ubicación. Esta a 5 minutos paseando de la Catedral.
El hotel es muy acogedor, está muy limpio, sencillo pero correcto.
No es que no me guste... Pero hay que estar pendiente de la calle de acceso porque es de Acceso Controlado
La amabilidad del personal de recepción. Además de el hecho de que siga siendo un hotel ubicado en un antiguo palacete sin haber sucumbido en convertirlo en un alojamiento genérico con muebles de Ikea y pantallas luminosas. Tiene mucho encanto y emana tranquilidad.
El servicio de habitaciones empezó a hacer la ronda a la hora de la siesta. Estabamos durmiendo sobre las 15:30 y nos despertaron. No sé si es lo común, o fue algo excepcional debido a la alta ocupación de la Semana Santa.
