das Frühstück, Personal beim Frühstück aufmerksam und freundlich, schöne aber einsame Lage

Der Empfang war eine Katastrophe, wir hatten für 1 Nacht gebucht und die Frau an der Rezeption sagte uns, da es nur 1 Nacht sei hätte man uns ein kleineres Zimmer gegeben und alle anderen normal großen seien sowieso ausgebucht. Wir hatten aber schon viele Monate im Voraus reserviert und bezahlt. Bekommen haben wir einen winzigen Raum, der deutlich unter den gebuchten 18qm lag und wo man überall gegen stieß wenn man sich im Zimmer bewegte. Das Zimmer war dunkel, ungemütlich und an vielen Stellen staubig, das Bad so klein, das wir als sehr schlanke Menschen kaum in die Dusche passten. Das Wasser wird erst nach langem Laufen lassen warm. Nachts und früh morgens hört man im Flur laut eine Tür wenn andere Gäste zurück kommen oder das Haus verlassen. Die Beleuchtung in Bad und Zimmer ist eine Katastrophe, einfach nur dunkel. Der Teppich im Flur wirkt als wäre er 50 Jahre nicht gereinigt worden. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, zeigt aber hier Fotos als wäre alles modern und schick. Die Realität ist vollkommen anders. Knarzende Holschränke die müffeln und eine günstige altmodische Einrichtung.
