Cats NOT allowed despict website's policy allowing them.
Cons:

Online states "pet friendly" including dogs and cats? however after signing paperwork at signin we were told cats ate NOT allowed.
After a long days drive moving my mother to Florida along with her cat and a U-Haul full of belongings, we called it a day and booked a "pet friendly room" for the night. Upon checkin my
Mom was greatly by William who after paperwork being filled out for the pet, we were told that cats were not allowed. Nowhere on the website, Hilton website or booking.com of which I booked the room did it state that cats were not allowed. William stated that the owner does not allow cats. Ok, so perhaps they changed their policy or the websites are not up to date, but we were left scrambling looking for a place to stay after driving 10 hours. The reason for the 1 star review...we were met with a rude demeanor and no understanding. No help was given only a snooty attitude. Thankfully I have not been charged but please update you website and change your disposition towards guests! Totally uncalled for! Fortunately we stated at Fairfield right across the way, much nicer, less expensive and even better, front desk personnel that know how to treat people with kindness.

Overall I was very happy with my short stay.
Pros:

Room was comfortable and clean. Ice machine was on the same floor. Black out curtain was helpful as I went to sleep early. The staff was friendly and gave me easy directions to my destination.

Cons:

I missed breakfast since I left before it was being served which I knew ahead of time.

Besides the breakfast everything else was perfect.
Cons:

The comlimentary breakfast was awful. Its like the staff literally just threw it together because they felt as though if it'f free the customer should be just thankful for what they get.
