Pros:

The room was very clean, bed was a little uncomfortable.
Good location.

Cons:

Besides the breakfast everything else was perfect.
Cons:

The comlimentary breakfast was awful. Its like the staff literally just threw it together because they felt as though if it'f free the customer should be just thankful for what they get.

My stay was very comfortable. The breakfast was so good.
Pros:

The breakfast was great. I did have a concern when I checked into my room there was a humming noise coming from the refrigerator. I called the front desk and was told that I could move to another room instead switching out the refrigerator. My mom is elderly and we moved to a handicapped room. It was not a suite like the other room.

Cons:

I would have preferred to remain in the suite but the other room was nice and roomy and the beds slept very good. In addition, the front desk would not provide me a printed copy of my check out charges because she said that it was sent to the third party since we booked the room through them. I needed a copy for my records but none was provided.

Excellent!
Pros:

Modern and clean. Very good breakfast. Ee had our dog with us. Much nicer than the hotel next door - we stayed there last year.

My stay on 6/13/26
Pros:

A power outage that occurred at the hotel 6/13/26. The electricity was out for an extended period, which prevented me from accessing my room and caused a significant inconvenience. I also have asthma and other health concerns, and the lack of power created additional difficulties and discomfort. Still haven't heard bk from anyone about a refund.
Given the circumstances, I would like to know if I am eligible for a full or partial refund . I was surprised to learn that the hotel does not have a generator or backup power system in place for situations .

Pros:

Location and convenience. Friendly stay, clean rooms, nice breakfast and I felt it was in a safe location for traveling alone.

Cons:

Nothing. It was what I wanted and expected for an overnight stay. Met my needs.

Very pleasant stay. Would definitely stay at this location again
Pros:

Staff were very friendly. From check in to the cleaning staff. When we needed anything they brought it right up. The 1st morning the breakfast was good. Plenty of options.

Cons:

The 2nd morning for breakfast. they were out of a couple things. The biscuits were hard.
