A perfect little ski hotel.
Pros:

Location was perfect. A very short walk to town and the ski buses. The hotel was warm and friendly and had a nice aesthetic. The bar was small and cozy, and had great priced drinks. We all had rooms on the same floor which made it easy as a family of 6 plus 3 friends.

Cons:

Nothing we didn't like.

If you are looking for a clean, friendly and centrally located place to stay I highly recommend
Pros:

The location is absolutely perfect. The Hotel is clean and well maintained and the staff were very nice and welcoming.

It was a family holiday and wee had a fantastic time . The Hotel is a perfect location for exploring Chamonix .
Pros:

Great location,stunning views from our top floor room. Bath was a godsend after a days skiing as was the sauna and steam room .The breakfast was delicious with many choices . Boot room was an added bonus .everything was emasculate.

Cons:

Slightly disappointed there was no pool as it was for summer use only . If it was heated we would have used it .

櫃台人員很親切，服務態度滿分，早餐的部分雖然選擇不多，但每一樣都不錯吃!

Cons:

因為飯店是eco-friendly，所以有一些我們認為有的設備是沒有的，像是冰箱等等的，大家可以稍微注意一下有沒有那個需求。

Expectation from photos in summer high debatable if delivered in winter.
Pros:

Staff at reception helpful & downstairs reception comfortable Downstairs clean ski changing room.

Cons:

Hôtel had been photographed in summer so experience looked completely different for a winter resident. Therefore didn’t find the photos matched expectations which were high according to photos. Breckfast was confusing taking plates cups and cutlery off table settings to use. The derelict building opposite is an eyesore to the property especially if you overlook it.

Perfect staying at Chamonix
Pros:

The location is amazing, one walking-distance to the city centre, bus stops and terms. I also loved the breakfast, the food was fresh and with included several local products. The room was clean, comfortable and warm, and the sight-seeing to the river and mountains was the cherry at the top of the cake. Last, but not least, the staff was super friendly. I loved my staying!

Loved it—will def be back.
Pros:

Very central, close to slopes and close to town. Spa was nice and I enjoyed having a drink by the fire at night. And the staff was awesome—super friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

My only complaint was that there is a lot of street noise at night. My balcony faced the street; I would imagine other directions are quieter.

Wonderful hotel experience, amazing people work here!
Pros:

Fantastic hotel, great location and kind and attentive people! Everyone was so nice and helpful! I had a lot of questions regarding the transportation, the slopes, the weather, the sightseeing and they helped me with everything. The breakfast is amazing, lots of choices. The hotel room is clean, organised and well equipped. The sauna and hamman were fantastic. The little bar / waiting area is really charming and you can see the Arve river from the terrace. There is a dedicated place where you can leave your ski equipment safely. My train left really early in the morning and they prepared me food for my long trip after I checked out.

Cons:

Everything was amazing!
