They ruined our holiday but took the money anyway
Pros:

Nothing. Couldn’t get to it by motorcycle - it’s in a pedestrian area with no entry signs on the entrance to the road and again before the hotel.

Cons:

They mis advertised parking and then took the money without refund. Worst experience I’ve had touring in Europe in 10 years. Avoid.
