Location was wonderful, but no a/c. Fan available, but still warm in room.

Location was wonderful, but with no air conditioning it was quite warm in the room even with using a fan.

Great location in Galway center; restaurant and bar were nice; worth a stay!
Pros:

Good location and facilities; free breakfast daily was good. Hotel bar was excellent.

Cons:

Rooms were a bit on the smaller side…could use an upgrade.

Le bar avec son décors et ses animations s

Cons:

La douche bouchée que nous avons signalée
L’absence de réfrigérateur
La sdb est nettoyée et les poubelles restent pleines ainsi que les tasses usagées
Le déclenchement de l’alarrme incendie 2 nuits sur 3 : 11pm et 6am
Pas de fontaine à eau et les bouteilles ne sont pas renouvelées dans la chambre : il faut les réclamer - thé et café non renouvelés
Pour un prix aussi elevé : on s’attendait à mieux !
Le personnel n’est pas très souriant !

The staff was wonderful, the room was clean and perfect sized, and the location was central for our needs.

I liked the location and proximity to other locations. It was clean and perfect for our needs.

Cons:

It was a bit warm in the room even with the fan on. I understand this was a heat wave.

Un hotel sin gracia
Pros:

La ubicación.

Cons:

El color a comida subía por las ventanas. El personal de cocina se ponía a hablar en el patio a las 9 de la noche. Sonoran dos veces las alarmas de incendios. El desayuno es el mismo cada día y sino llega el del café, no puedes pedir un café de màquina, etc.

Lage des Hotels 😄

Cons:

Ein und auschecken mit Gepäck am Hotel. Schlechte bzw. erschwerte Parkmöglichkeit dafür am Hotel. Dafür dann einen Rabatt für das Parkhaus in der Nähe. Trotzdem sehr guter Punkt zum Starten von Ausflügen...

Great location, comfortable rooms. Helpful staff

Cons:

The Wi-Fi was woeful. In the breakfast room the food wasn’t replenished quickly enough. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay

We loved the location of the hotel. Not only near to everything, but at least three pubs right on the same street.
Pros:

Fabulous location. Attentive staff. Bar on premises would live music on the weekend . included breakfast.

Cons:

The breakfast service was a bit chaotic and poorly organized. They clearly need help and re-organizing how they handle breakfast.
