Will look for another option next time.
Pros:

The location is great. Staff were friendly.

Cons:

The hotel is definitely in need of a refresh. Carpet worn, wallpaper peeling, elevator doesn’t work, rooms are dark and not at all what was pictured. No parking - instead it’s a discounted rate off an expensive car park around the corner. Our first room was very small and right outside tte trash/dumpster area. The second room was a bit bigger but opposite the construction going on next door.

Location excellent very close to bus and train station and Eyre square

Cons:

Lift was out of action, they put us on first floor which was good only one flight stairs. Room in need of TLC. Headboard worn, inside of window and net curtain needed good clean. Carpet on stairs worn.

The breakfast and the location

The place wasn't clean, dirty carpets, smells damp, the lift didn't work and room was not ready until almost 4pm

I would stay here on my return trip.
Pros:

The location is ideal for us. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They notified us when their elevator went down, before our check in. With notification they placed us "oldsters" in a room on lowest level. We got the breakfast. The room for breakfast is large and cheerful. Staff were well organized.

Cons:

The elevator was down so we were in a lower room and a dark alley view. We didn't get coffee and milk replenished for "in room" coffee. The TV remote wouldn't turn the television off for the first two days of our stay. It was fixed/adjusted our last day. None of this is major.

Perfect location
Pros:

The hotel is in excellent location. The front of house staff are very welcoming. Very plesent and helpful

Bar, dining area was lovely. Bathrooms were well appointed. Staff were friendly.

Cons:

Lack of storage area in bedroom for non hanging clothes. Dim view from bedroom at rere of hotel. Very worn carpet on stairways.

Cons:

No funcionaba la wifi, pero lo peor fue que la cama tenía parásitos. Me dijeron que eran termitas, pues habían cambiado un mueble que tenía termitas la semana anterior, pero pienso que eran chinches, pues, que yo sepa, las termitas no se meten en la cama. Fue una pesadilla. Lo único positivo fue el personal, que me cambiaron la habitación, aunque tuve que sufrirlo 3 noches.

Molto piacevole, peccato per le lenzuola. Staff molto gentile e disponibile.
Pros:

Ottima posizione. Sarebbe stato meglio se la colazione fosse stata inclusa nel prezzo.

Cons:

Le lenzuola avevano spesso delle macchie, non belle da vedere.
