Great hotel, great location
Pros:

Excellent location, super close to train station and walkable to many attractions, very nice room, breakfast was great, lunch very good, seafood chowder was amazing. Our room attendant was so helpful, I am sorry I forgot her name but she was incredible and the hotel is lucky to have such diligent staff, I just remember her saying she was / is originally from Lithuania. She is fantastic! Made our stay for certain. Loved the experience

Great location
Pros:

Walking distance from the square and Latin quarter, a perfect spot.
We were happy to finally have A/C. A luxury item we missed after 5 days of above average warm weather for Ireland, where the other hotels lacked A/C.
Breakfast was average.
Water in the shower was all over the place temperature wise. Water also ran out onto the floor due to a poor design.
Staff was very helpful and friendly. You get a 50% discount at the QPark, which is nice.

Lovely hotel.
Pros:

The room was a perfect size for 2, for all the time we would spend there. It was clean and comfortable. Check in was quick and smooth, Emma was very nice. Breakfast was perfect, something for everyone and again, staff were lovely. We stayed 2 nights, ate in the bar 1 evening, Mon 25th. The 2 guys serving were really nice, they had great customer service both of them. The location is perfect for exploring the city, with bus and train stations nearby. We also had a fan in our toom which was most welcome as the temperature outside was in the 20s!

Cons:

The frosted glass door on the en suite with no lock on it was strange! We were 2 friends sharing, it would've been nice to lock the door. It also meant when someone went in during the night, or for an early morning shower, the whole room was then illuminated due to the glass door.

Stay Away, Overpriced and Awful.
Pros:

The front desk staff. Breakfast was okay.

Cons:

We had a smelly room on the ground floor. With the window open it was smelly from the dumpsters and restaurant. The tv didn’t work and the beds were uncomfortable. There were food delivery drivers making a racket back there until midnight and glass recycling starting at 7:00. The room was small, dark and frankly depressing. It was one of our priciest hotels in Ireland and it was by far the worst! Never again, would not recommend!

very close to train station etc, food very nice
Pros:

Room was very comfortable, bed was so comfy. Breakfast was very tasty

Cons:

Shower in my room (403) was not working properly, the water kept loosing its temperature (going from hot to cold).
When I checked out, staff just said thanks - they lady never asked did I enjoy my stay nor did she make any chat with me - I was going to let the staff know about the shower but I didnt mention it then as I felt I wasnt invited to share my views on my stay. Now the room was very comfy & location was superb.

Top Hotel, aber leider schlechtes Zimmer erwischt.
Pros:

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals - an der Rezeption, beim Frühstücksservice und an der Bar - war top! Es hat auch alles mit der Buchung geklappt. Das Zimmer war grundsätzlich in Ordnung, für einen Städteaufenthalt absolut ok.

Cons:

Im Zimmer hat es fürchterlich gestunken. Wenn man das Fenster aufgemacht hat, kam noch mehr Gestank herein - wir hatten offenbar ein Zimmer direkt über der Küchenlüftung. Leider kam auch durch die Klimaanlage der Geruch ins Zimmer - es war fast unerträglich. Schade, denn das Hotel an und für sich ist absolut zu empfehlen!
