it was alright
Pros:

The staff were lovely and friendly. I enjoyed the pool area and the water was warm. I loved the location of the Hotel on the Salthill Promenade

Cons:

The room's size was fine & big. The bed itself was disappointing. I had booked for a Deluxe Sea View King room, but the bed consisted of 2 Single beds pushed together to go under the kingsize headboard, with 2 single quilts covering each bed. It was not when I was expecting.
The breakfast was not great either (sausages were dry, fruit salad seem to have a lot of apple in it - without a whole lot of other fruit in it).

Please if you can make sure that the cleaners dust the furniture well, because the chair under the table was very dusty.Otherwise everything was perfect

A good hotel. The only let down was a funny smell in the room
Pros:

Nice breakfast, Pool & gym were good. Food in the hotel bar was nice and there was no noise issues.

Cons:

The room had a slightly funny, possibly damp smell, it was at the front of the hotel, very exposed to the weather and clearly the carpet & curtains had sustained some water damage. It was very windy when we visited and there was a huge draft. New doors and windows required! The staff were quite slow to clean the room, we were out all day and it still wasn't cleaned late in the afternoon.
