Wie immer: Ein sehr freundlicher Empfang mit grosser Dienstleistungsbereitschaft. Man fühlt sich herzlich willkommen! Das Hotel ist Bestandteil eines grossen Resorts, das eine sehr gute Infrastruktur mit mehreren Restaurants, Einkaufs-Shops, mehreren Bankomaten und viele Einrichtigungen für Erholung, Wellness und Sport besitzt. Das Resort liegt auf einer Halbinsel, die gegen Süden hin auch einen lagunenhaften Charakter besitzt. Man kann sich problemlos wochenlang in diesem Resort aufhalten und einen tollen Urlaub erleben, ohne das etwas fehlt. Auch die Halbpension im Hotel ist empfehlenswert. Das Hauptrestaurant besitzt sowohl einen Aussen- als auch Innenteil. Die Morgen- und Abendbuffets sind abwechslungsreich, von guter/hoher Qualität und immer sehr reichhaltig.

Cons:

Nach etwas "Suchen" ist mir etwas eingefallen. Die Zimmerkarten konnten nicht mit dem Tor für die Garage programmiert werden. Dafür fand das nette Hotelteam aber eine gute Ersatz-Lösung. Sie organisierten jeweils schnell einen Mitarbeiter, der dann sofort das Garagentor öffnete.

Uživancija za Uskrs u Histriji
Pros:

Dobili smo veću sobu nego koju smo rezervirali, bila je odlična, velika i udobna s divnim pogledom na more. Veliki izbor za doručak i večeru, pogotovo mi se svidio salad bar i istarski pršut. Divna lokacija, okružena šumom i morem, baš za opustiti se.

Cons:

Za večerom je većina tople hrane bila mlaka iako smo među prvima dolazili u restoran, jastuci pre niski i neudobni.

Za predmetni hotel imala sam mnogo veća očekivanja.
Pros:

Hrana je bila izuzetno ukusna i raznolika! Zaista na jednoj višoj razini od klasične hotelske hrane.

Cons:

Nažalost bilo je mnogo stvari koje nisu zadovoljile moja očekivanja. Prvo, već na samoj prijavi u hotel naplaćena je kompletna cijena smještaja, doslovno nismo niti došli do sobe već smo morali platiti, što do sada nije bila praksa niti jednog jedinog hotela u kojem smo boravili. Zatim, soba nije bila čista, na podu su nađeni razasuti (konzumirani) bonboni, kovanica i slično. Hotel se reklamira da ima kava aparate u svakoj sobi, naša nije imala aparat za kavu, a niti soba naših prijatelja koji su također tamo boravili. U kasne večernje sate neki gosti su se okupili ispred ulaza u hotel i tamo se glasno družili, nitko od osoblja nije reagirao da ih utiša. Osoblje se međusobno svađalo za vrijeme doručka pred gostima. Prilikom odlaska recepcioner nije bio ljubazan, nije pitao da li je sve bilo u redu, općenito nije djelovao susretljivo. A konobara hotelskog bara čekali smo da nas posluži dobrih 20 min. Također ne znam zašto se nije mogao staviti u pogon drugi kava aparat za vrijeme doručka, obzirom se za točenje kave stvarala velika gužva, a aparati stoje jedan do drugoga, od čega je samo jedan upaljen.
