Na entrada a recepção simplesmente não deu nenhuma informação sobre a estadia, eu fiz o pagamento e não registraram, o que gerou um desconforto enorme na saída, pois mesmo eu mostrando o comprovante a recepcionista ficava falando *mas que estranho não registraram* claramente duvidando do meu pagamento. Café da manhã simples pelo valor pago.

Pros:

Solicitei por duas vezes contato com gerente por conta de possivel vazamento de dados - me encaminharam whatsapp pedindo pagamento em um limk de terceiros - sabiam a data da minha reserva, meu nome , cpf e telefoe, porém a mensagem era um golpe. Até hoje aguardo o contato do gerente

Lamentável, precisam fazer alguma coisa.
Pros:

Somente a localização e o tamanho do quarto.

Cons:

As toalhas de banho são encardidas e rasgadas.
O Hotel está muito velho e sem reforma, difícil ficar no local.
Não havia cafeteira no quarto e no hotel era impossível tomar um café, nunca vi isto em lugar algum.
O restaurante e as mesas sujas.
A recepção precisa de reforma, o impacto é grande. Horrível.

Banheiro, ducha com boa vazão e agua quente central, distribuição e espaço , microondas mas não sabia que tinha no quarto

colchões já meio gastos, não suporta dormir muitas noites porque ele afunda no meio e causa dor nas costas, apesar de eu só ter 65kg. Mesa de trabalho precisa ser ajustada no piso, está balançando, deveria ser melhor localizada porque fica num espaço de circulação e pode-se bater na mesma a noite para ir ao banheiro, por exemplo
