I will not return and not recommend
Pros:

Outdated, falling apart and dirty

Cons:

Bathroom looking like I was in a favela, tiles cracked, mould, not clean, towels looked a hundred years old lol, beds didn’t have a mattress protector and pillowcases were stained

Atendimento para Check-in bem demorado. Banheiro do apartamento é antigo, precisando de reforma. Azulejos e pisos manchados, parecendo encardidos. Carpete de nylon dos corredores antigos também. Café da manhã ok, pouca variedade.
O pior ponto foi a parte de estacionamento. Serviço terceirizado, uma única pessoa para cobrar e manobrar os veículos. caixa fica no térreo e veículos no subsolo. Demorou mais de 20min para conseguir sair do hotel para meu compromisso.

Meu refúgio em Santo André
Pros:

Me hospedo nesse hotel, desde sua inauguração, é um hotel de grande conforto.

Cons:

Ele anda desgastado, apesar das manutenções, existem algumas falhas estruturais, e as tv's, apesar do ótimo funcionamento, são bem antigas e pequenas, pelo valor atual das diárias, deveriam melhorar ao menos as tv's.
