Schönes Hotel in Altstadtlaufnähe mit sehr schönem Pool.
Pros:

Am besten hat mir der sehr schöne Pool gefallen. Alles super sauber und angenehm.
Kontinentales Frühstück war gut.
Zimmer sind ausreichend groß auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Sauber und ordentlich alles.
Kostenfreie Parkplätze.
Altstadt ist in Laufnähe (1,2 km).

Cons:

Der Ausblick vom Balkon war jetzt nicht der Hit bei unserem Zimmer.

Such a special countryside escape – the outdoor bath was incredible
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay here. The cottage has so much character and feels like a proper countryside escape, but it’s still really comfortable inside and had everything we needed.

The highlight for us was definitely the outdoor copper bath. Sitting outside in a hot bath in the evening looking out over the countryside was honestly such a nice experience and not something we’ve had at another stay before. It’s really peaceful around the cottage too –, you mostly hear birds rather than traffic and at night it was lovely just sitting outside under the open sky.

The cottage itself is beautiful and has that old English feel without feeling dated. We had plenty of space, the kitchen was well equipped and the whole place felt very homely. We also liked that we could have a quiet countryside stay but still get into Cambridge fairly easily when we wanted to.

The photos are lovely but I actually think the setting is even better when you’re there. Would definitely come back, especially for a relaxing weekend away.
