Warm welcome, comfy rooms but needs TLC
Pros:

Good and clean rooms that were warm and comfortable. STaff were cheerful and friendly.

Cons:

The hotel overall is looking tired and in need of some TLC. Fixtures and fittings loose or missing, bathroom panels in a poor state of repair.

Cons:

The breakfast could have been bigger and greater choice. The parking was very limited but e did get a space on this visit. The bathroom door could not close due to raided tiles.

I not be stay there again to close to the train station can hear it all day and night

The staff was polite i ask for a heater in room as there was no work air-conditioning i got back from my day out it was in my room

A good and enjoyable stay with friendly helpful staff and at an affordable price. We can recommend

Cooked breakfast was a little small but quite adequate. It was as ordered, it arrived promptly and was still hot.

The staff were helpful and friendly.

We used the multi storey car park a few hundred metres away as the parking at the hotel is limited

Good value for money, good breakfast.
Pros:

Had a bath, breakfast was good and included in the price, good tv and lighting, great black out curtains.

Cons:

Parking wasn’t great. Bathroom door didn’t shut well and random hold in the bathroom wall.

Nice room comfortable bed.
Pros:

Easy to find and close to the town.
The staff were friendly and on arrival the entrance was clean and tidy,

Cons:

My room overall was clean. But there was no bathroom door. Was unable to have a bath as the plug was the wrong one for the bath,
There was a few small holes in the walls. And there was a sock covering the smoke detector on the ceiling.

Inexpensive but needs some attention.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and room (103) was a good size. Dining room was excellent and is equal to any top rated Indian restaurant. Thankfully there is a lift which is a decent size to take you and your luggage up to you room.

Cons:

Bedroom furniture was once top quality but is now a bit tired. Car park is small (5 cars) and surrounding roads are mostly double yellows. Menu illustrations are better than actual food presentation but it's not expensive.

Pros:

Room size was nice, staff were friendly.

Cons:

Broken light in room leaving the room dark, no plug for the bath so unable to use! The heating fan was very loud whining noise and to make things even worse at 1 am someone used their key card and walked straight into our room leaving us feeling unsafe and uncomfortable that some other guest can use their room key to open our room!

Pros:

My girlfriend and I travel here a lot and it's a wonderful hotel with great staff. We are engaged to be married and this was the place we stayed for the first time.

Cons:

Nothing. Spotless. Only thing I did not like was sadly the restaurant had to go.
