Mostly very nice staff, good facilities, very good food
The bar girl on Thursday night was so grumpy!
We have stayed here many times have to say this was the first time we had a very comfortable room and had great night sleep no noise spotless clean

Decor was very tasteful. Each floor had a selection of chairs and tables to sit at and relax. Pool was lovely. Breakfast was excellent. Great choices. Steak house was well set up and food was delicious.

I had a ground floor deluxe room facing the courtyard ... kids were kicking ball until 11.30 pm .... noise and shouting ... no staff supervising the courtyard. Room was dark .. no real natural light in it. Staff were dismissive and robotic .. no personalities at all ... just interested in your bankcard. No towels changed or room tidied .. had to ring for fresh towels and toilet roll?? I book and stay every August with my daughter .. its our thing and time together ... but we wont be going next year. Four Hundred and Eighty Euro was crazy money for the service we got on the 5th and 6th of August. I asked for soft poached eggs .. guess what ... they were hard .. staff were young disinterested and just punching the clock ... was the feeling I got this year.

The restaurant was very cold for some reason and rooms were extremely warm not sure why didn’t mind too much as we put on cardigans in the restaurant and opened windows in the bedrooms but the pillows are like rocks so unless you like a hard pillow bring your own (I normally do but forgot it this year)

Very friendly and enthusiastic staff. Room was clean. Breakfast restaurant was nice and tidy
After dinner we drove to nearby beach for a walk. When we come back we had a problem with finding car space. Staff did assist and we got space eventually

Lack of air conditioning as it was a very warm day. I did ask for a fan which was delivered up to my room almost immediately
