Epic epic epic!!!!!

10 star hotel!!! The cleanliness, design, location was top notch!! And to top it all off the staff!! I was in many hotels and never saw the service and friendliness that I saw here!!! Shoutout to the staff member at the night shift he was a huge help!

Cons:

Our room was not in the system when we arrived. So we ended up in a room with 2 bunkbeds, which was not clean when we arrived. We requested it to be cleaned and they just removed some towels and did the beds with the same sheets.

overpriced and not accommodating
Pros:

although this is a pretty nice hotel, my girlfriend and I had a rather bad experience with customer service. The first night we were staying there we Experienced very loud family, unruly kids, yelling and slamming doors next-door to us. This is something that no one should have to put up with at over $600 a night. When I complain the next day and said that the noise kept us up, they merely responded we'll look into it. I was appalled that they didn't even consider giving us any kind of Credit back to our room for that night. Upon checking out the next day, I asked if we could extend our checkout by one additional hour, and the front desk person Immediately responded no. I had to suggest talking to the manager because of my first night experience at the hotel.. The hotel finally agreed to allow us one additional hour before. Given that we paid over $600 a night for two nights, I would expect a much higher level of customer service. I am very disappointed at this hotel and their response to our lack of quietness the first night. And they're overall lack of accommodation. I don't recommend staying here unless you want rude customer service, with high prices that don't match quality also know The rooms on the first floor are very noisy as they are close to the lobby area. The parking is $60 a day beware.

A wonderful space for couples in Vail.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent, and very enjoyable. Location in Vail Village is fantastic. Room along the Gore was perfect for us. Overall staff service was outstanding.

Cons:

Some of our towels (particularly face cloths) were very old, yellowed, and needed to be replaced. Parking is expensive, but it is what it is. Not a lot of sound proofing in the room, heard crying and whining children a lot.

Ideal location with comfortable accommodations at the perfect price.
Pros:
