Pros:

Vengo ad Ischia molto spesso ed è la prima volta che soggiorno in questa struttura che non ha deluso le aspettative. Accoglienza eccezionale, mi hanno trattato come uno di famiglia. Sicuramente ci ritornerò!

Mi ha colpito l'ospitalità e la gentilezza dello staff. La signora Angela, Valentina, Anna. Anche il receptionist notturno. Tutti e tutte magicamente gentili.
Per errore, ho prenotato un giorno in più, con una tariffa non rimborsabile e ci è stata offerta la cena, abbondante e di qualità!

Cons:

La struttura è bella, ma ha riaperto da poco dopo lo stop dell'inverno. Da attenzionare la pulizia della zona piscina, delle camere e i balconcino; la manutenzione del bagno turco e del bagno della nostra camera..

L'accoglienza è stata perfetta. La gentilezza e disponibilità del personale fa superare i piccoli difetti della struttura.

Cons:

La piscina idromassaggio non aveva il regolatore della temperatura, per cui abbiamo avuto freddo essendo giorni con temperature basse. La piscina più grande interna hanno detto che chiudeva alle 19 ma alle 18,30 l'idromassaggio si è spento.

Per una notte di passaggio va bene ma per una vacanza lascia a desiderare .

Il personale gentile . Posto abbastanza centrale.

Cons:

Camera piccola situata sotto il livello della strada . Vecchia con telefono non funzionante. In bagno ho trovato la carta igienica già usata ed il rotolo quasi consumato . Il tv non aveva tutti i canali fininvest. Qualità prezzo non all’altezza .

Cons:

Non mi è piaciuto . La stanza staccata dal corpo della struttura e per raggiungere la piscina il passaggio davanti al l’accettazione non è il massimo .

Nice hotel in an excellent location, however a bit pricey.
Pros:

Location is excellent. Room is spacious, swimming pool and heated pool are also very nice.

Cons:

The breakfast wasn’t that great. The restaurant and bar didn’t look that inviting and so we never ate there.
There was a bad small coming out of the toilet. The soap in the shower wasn’t great, it felt diluted and didn’t really do much especially if you were trying to remove grease from sunscreen.
There was a constant smell of smoke in the lobby, probably from people smoking just outside the hotel.
