I was not comfortable knowing that if we needed help it wouldn't be available

My husband fell inside the lobby and your receptionist just asked him if he was okay I was around the wall getting drinks she did not notify me when I came around the corner I saw my husband lying on the floor she didn't ask if we needed help or help in anyway and at one time actually walked away while he was still on the floor we were not near the wall or anything to help him get up I got the luggage rack and pulled it near him and I held on to it with my legs and helped him with my one good arm has the whole reason we were down there was post op follow-up on my L hand I was not expecting her to help lift him up but telling me and not walking away while he was on the floor Once he got up she had come back and just ignored us didn't ask if he was ok now that he was up or if she could possibly help with the luggage

Pros:

Very roomy, well laid out, excellent bathroom/shower. Super clean!! Excellent location. Excellent lighting.

Cons:

Didn’t like low toilet, breakfast was pretty so-so. Eggs were gross. Some TV stations on list did not receive a signal, unable to cast from a phone or iPad.

The room was clean and neat. The staff very friendly. Need new mattress on the bed.
Pros:

Location was great. Staff was awesome.

Cons:

The bed was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. The mattress was so soft it felt like someone let the air out of an air mattress .

We enjoyed our stay and the pool like it was the fountain of youth

Breakfast was fair to good

Cons:

In the 1st room, the entry way floor was sticky and smelled of beer; the bathroom floor was soiled with biologic matter and hair from the previous party. In the 2nd room, one of the beds had fresh blood on the quilted mattress cover which became noticeable during transfer to the fitted sheet.
Staff addressed immediately and were very helpful

It overall was a 3 of 5 star. The pool area was why we booked this hotel and it was great.
Pros:

The size of rooms were great. The pool area was perfect for littles! The bathroom was a nice as well and updated. The continental breakfast was also one of the best we've had!

Cons:

Cleanliness. I almost went down to the front desk to ask for a vacuum as you could clearly tell it either wasnt vacuumed or extremely rushed as there was multiple crumbs and random pieces of things on the floor. The rooms were kind of loud we could easily hear those on the sides and above us.

Good. Not Great. It was evident they had some issues just before I arrived. The staff did great.
Pros:

Location was good. Close to some shopping and chain food options.

Cons:

Air in my room was not great. Took most the night to cool down. It was very hot during my stay and it seems they had some issues.

Relaxing comfortably and felt like we were staying with family.

We were treated very well. The young lady at the
Front desk was so nice and polite. She made us feel very welcome and we were in a really bad mood from another hotel wa left. She put a smile on our face and it remained there the whole time.

Cons:

Nothing. We were happy with everything.
