The door keys kept having to be programmed
All staff was very friendly and helpful. My room key kept not wanting to work. I told him I need a reprogrammed. They would do it with a smile. They’re very professional and I would stay there again if needed
It was in close proximity to where we were going.
Customer service sucks! We always stay at this property when visiting Houston, but this time was an epic fail! The elevator stopped working, people were stuck inside. Also the young man at the desk was not helpful but was arguing with the guest. Keys stopped working daily. I would not recommend this place and will not be staying again.

How clean and organized it was and the people were nice I liked the convenience of having my hotel room close to the elevator.
The elevator was super slow they had problems with it. Waiting on the gate to open
The area is scary. The parking is gated for that purpose. Police on sight when we arrive I guess to escort a guest in as part of protection plan? It is a bit creepy...
We did not and would not recommend walking around. We were on the 3rd floor so that felt better. The elevator worked but, was slow and it seems the mechanism was overheating as an A/C was placed there together with a vent. Does not make one reassured.

The Free Parking The room was spacious.
The Breakfast wasn't good to me. The juice was water as if it needed changing bow the Breakfast attendant she spoke the Morning Hospitality worker didn't say Good Morning when u checked out she didn't ask bout my stay or come back thank you nothing. it slight smell of mold my room the hallway light controlled the tv. so i had to turn the light off. u couldn't watch tv do i slept with the light for a while so i could watch tv. The one who checked me in he was a little more pleasant the midnight worker was on the phone never looked up to say welcome back or anything maybe thats the standard
