Very nice staff.
Pros:

The pool was kept very well.

Cons:

The noise level in the room. We had one of those adjoining rooms and the other part was noisy.

Nicole at the front desk was AWESOME!!!!
Pros:

It was wonderful and plenty of options. The potato dish was my favorite. Plenty of flavor. Good variety of fruit. Plenty of healthy options as well.

Cons:

I didn't like that some rooms had walk in showers. We were there for a family wedding and some of our family members had a walk in shower. I wish it was asked of us during ck in. I'm older and that would of been helful.

Nice hotel just wish it included breakfast and the rooms were a little more cozy
Pros:

Lobby is very nicely done and spacious with an option for drinks. The pool and hot tub were actually nice and had a lot of windows so it was bright.

Cons:

Check in was a bit difficult finding our reservation and then your credit card machine not working. No breakfast included, but option to buy it. But when you pay $390, maybe soften the blow by including breakfast. The prices during the ISU games are so insane. I get going up $100 per room but $200 is excessive.

Football weekend
Pros:

Stayed 3 nights. Trash only emptied 1 time and I had to ask for clean washcloths. Expected more from Hilton Garden Inn.
