Pros:

Tyckte om att det var lätt att få glutenfritt alternativ på frukosten och personalen var trevlig.

Cons:

Anvisningarna för att komma till rummet var en katastrof. Fick en karta som vi inte kunde tyda. Körde runt och letade och fick till slut hjälp av personalen på pizzerian. Nummer måste vara angivna på de olika vägarna på skyltar. Våra kolleger gick runt i en timme på natten när de skulle hitta hem

Cons:

El acceso y salida del complejo me resultó muy peligroso. Carece de carril de acceso e incorporación. Con tráfico en plena autovía, es difícil incorporarse. En épocas de verano tiene que ser un infierno.

Bien, mais cela pourrait être mieux.

Chambre et emplacement. Piscine et jacuzzi.

Cons:

Une personne a toqué à la porte et est entrée avant même que nous descendions pour ouvrir. Il nous a dit qu’il était là pour réparer la climatisation. Très bien, mais cela m’a étonné qu’il fasse ce type d’intervention alors que les clients sont présents dans la chambre.

Après plusieurs vérifications et des demandes de matériel de nettoyage qui se trouvait à l’étage, dans les chambres, il a voulu vérifier la climatisation de la chambre à l’étage. Je lui ai clairement dit que les enfants dormaient et qu’il vaudrait mieux le faire une fois que nous serions sortis.

En discutant, il disait qu’il n’y avait pas de problème et m’a demandé : « Quel problème avez-vous constaté ? » Or nous n’avions rien signalé. Tout cela vient en fait d’un malentendu sur le numéro de chambre. Il a compris, ou on lui a indiqué, qu’il y avait un problème de climatisation, mais ce n’était pas dans notre chambre.

Bref, cela peut arriver, mais c’est gênant quand on est fatigué après un voyage et que l’information n’est pas vérifiée avant l’intervention.

Actuellement, après le séjour, je suis en train de batailler avec l’hôtel et avec Booking pour récupérer une facture de notre séjour. Les deux parties se renvoient la responsabilité.

Agradable y bastantes opciones
Pros:

Es un resort muy grande y con muchas piscinas, algunas climatizadas y hay gimnasio , masajes y muchos servicios
Nos dieron un apartamento premium a muy buen precio

Cons:

El bar del desayuno nos pillaba retirado y teníamos que ir en coche a casi todos lados, porque es muy grande

Bardzo spokojne miejsce. Zadbane rośliny. Czystość na zewnątrz i wewnątrz.
