They were inflexible on check in times even though they wrote earlier that we could check in earlier, on arrival they said we couldn’t. The location also isn’t the closest to Barcelona

Muy buen hotel y personal super servicial y profesional
Pros:

El personal fue muy amable en todo momento, tuve que realizar algunos cambios y siempre se mostraron serviciales y solucionaron todo de forma rápida y sin complicaciones. Muy buen servicio y muy profesional.

Cons:

No tengo nada negativo para decir de mi estadía, la verdad que superó mis expectativas y sin dudar volvería a hospedarme en este hotel.
