Luxurious comfort in West London.
Pros:

Fabulous interior design... wonderful marble and granite finishes. Loved the bathroom... so opulent. The bed was very comfortable. Overall a great base to have for a west London visit.

النظافه ليست 24 ساعه والماء في الشاور يوجد غبار وتربه والروم سيرفس غير متوفر ولم يكونو متفهمين الى ظرفي الطارىء لالغاء رحلتي والرجوع الى بلدي علماً ان بوكينق حاولو ان يجدو حل معاهم باسترجاع باقي المبلغ او استبدال تواريخ الاقامه لمساعدتي ورفضو رفضاً تام وعذا ما ازعجني ولكن لن اكرر حجزي لديهم نهائياً وسمعت اصوات غريبه لان المبنى جدا قديم او مسكون لا اعلم

Ein schönes Hotel mit britschem Charme. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und immer freundlich. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und schmackhaft. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß und das Bett fantastisch. Die Ausstattung ist überdurchschnittlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank

Cons:

Die wunderschöne Bar im Untergeschoss ist unbenutzbar. Es riecht sehr stark nach Toilette. Wir wollten den Tag in der Stadt dort ausklingen lassen, aber es ging nicht lange ! Schon in der Halle zu den Aufzügen überwiegt der Geruch von Toilette.

We had a sleepless night throughout with the constant heater / AC blower which I managed to turn but the one in the room next door carried in throughout the night. It kept us awake and the room
Cleaning in the corridor started at 8:54am. I was not impressed at all. We don’t pay to come and experience grief like this!!

Perfect Cozy London stay
Pros:

we got a free room upgrade, the staff were so friendly. anything we asked for was done within seconds. this place looked like a royal palace. it is in our top 3 hotels in London. room service menu was nice and they allowed us to custom it off menu

Excellent location near to key London landmarks, great choice of restaurants and cafes around the area. Friendly staff and great room service.

Cons:

Extremely poor breakfast for a five star hotel and absolutely not as described on the website. Closer to a three star offer and very bad value for money for the additional cost we paid. Bedrooms include standard satchets of coffee (poor in comparison to some other five star hotels and resorts) and no biscuits, which is what would be expected in nearly all UK hotels. Although the bedrooms have some interesting details such as silk wallpaper, they look a little tired now and the feeling of opulence is a bit lost, e.g. sofa and coffee table.
