Had a lovely afternoon tea at the Bentley Hotel with my mum today. The setting was beautiful and relaxing, and everything from the sandwiches to the pastries was fresh and delicious.
A special thank you to Bala, who took care of us during our visit. She was incredibly attentive, warm, and made the whole experience feel extra special. Her service was truly excellent and made our afternoon even more enjoyable.

Lovely experience, went for my Birthday Celebration! Very lovely staff, went for Massarge, followed by Afternoon Tea served by Bala. She was very nice, friendly, greeted me a Happy Birthday and brought me out a Birthday Cheesecake! Would highly recommend and come again!
We had such a wonderful experience at the spa and afternoon tea at The Bentley! From the moment we arrived, all the staff were incredibly accommodating and attentive.
The spa treatment was absolutely divine — so relaxing and beautifully done. It was exactly what we needed and left us feeling completely refreshed.
Afternoon tea was just as impressive, with excellent service throughout. Bala in particular was so lovely — he asked if we were celebrating anything, and when we mentioned it was a birthday, he kindly offered us a complimentary cake, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the day feel even more special.
Everything from start to finish was seamless and memorable. We will definitely be coming back!

Building jobs around hotel, difficult to see hotel name from outside. Jacuzzi/bath water stopper was broken

We had afternoon tea and it was fantastic. Lovely and plentiful. The service from Bala was very attentive, she kept coming over to make sure everything was okay and we had everything we needed. It’s a really lovely hotel too and beautifully decorated. We couldn’t have asked for more.
Visited the Le Kalon Spa last week for a shoulder, neck and Indian Head Massage. Melissa, was excellent from the minute that I enquired about availability, to overseeing my arrival and performing the Massage. I was made to feel comfortable from moment I arrived until leaving. I have scored this 4 stars due to the changing facilities being a little dated and in need of refurbishment. Service and treatment was excellent. Thank you Melissa!!
Went for afternoon tea. Bala was out waitress and was helpful and polite. Food was lovely. Scones were fresh and warm . Would recommend

Bala was an excellent host for our afternoon tea. A generous selection of 5 sandwiches, 5 sweets and 2 scones with tea and we had a delicious glass of fizz as well. Gluten free and couldn't tell the difference. Very quiet and beautiful surroundings.
