Filthy rooms,hotel!

Nothing!

Cons:

The hotel was absolutely filthy, the room was very dated and carpets looked like a farm had been living on it. The bar was not open and we were not told about it before hand. The staff were rude, we were not greeted on arrival and stood there like idiots while they stood chatting.

Best afternoon tea ever
Pros:

Given a voucher for my birthday and of the vast number of afternoon teas I have sampled, this was certainly the best ever
The hotel itself is absolutely stunning and the truly professional staff could not have been better
The afternoon tea comprised unlimited pots of English breakfast tea, delicious sandwiches with very generous fillings in the freshest breads imaginable. The scones were not served until we had finished our sandwiches, they were warm and absolutely delicious, served with excellent jam and clotted cream
The variety and quality of sweet treats and cakes was second to none
Thank you to all the staff at the Bentley for making this a great experience which I highly recommend and will definitely return

Great afternoon tea experience
Pros:

Amazing experience, we had full attention and service from Bala! We enjoyed tasty and fresh sandwiches and delicious pastries. We had Groupon voucher and it was definitely worth it.

Lovely hotel in a great location
Pros:

We were upgraded from a junior suite to full suite, and it was amazing. The staff were very kind and helpful. The location was ideal - a block from the Gloucester Road Underground station. Nice breakfasts. Highly recommended!
