Excellent location near to key London landmarks, great choice of restaurants and cafes around the area. Friendly staff and great room service.

Cons:

Extremely poor breakfast for a five star hotel and absolutely not as described on the website. Closer to a three star offer and very bad value for money for the additional cost we paid. Bedrooms include standard satchets of coffee (poor in comparison to some other five star hotels and resorts) and no biscuits, which is what would be expected in nearly all UK hotels. Although the bedrooms have some interesting details such as silk wallpaper, they look a little tired now and the feeling of opulence is a bit lost, e.g. sofa and coffee table.

Extremely dirty had to leave due to severe dust allergy. They won’t give me my money back either! I was there only a few hours before my reaction started and I had no option but to leave.

Great place and excellent service
Pros:

Had a lovely afternoon tea at the Bentley Hotel with my mum today. The setting was beautiful and relaxing, and everything from the sandwiches to the pastries was fresh and delicious.

A special thank you to Bala, who took care of us during our visit. She was incredibly attentive, warm, and made the whole experience feel extra special. Her service was truly excellent and made our afternoon even more enjoyable.

Highly recommend for a relaxing afternoon tea in London!

Pros:

Lovely experience, went for my Birthday Celebration! Very lovely staff, went for Massarge, followed by Afternoon Tea served by Bala. She was very nice, friendly, greeted me a Happy Birthday and brought me out a Birthday Cheesecake! Would highly recommend and come again!

Excellent!
Pros:

We had such a wonderful experience at the spa and afternoon tea at The Bentley! From the moment we arrived, all the staff were incredibly accommodating and attentive.
The spa treatment was absolutely divine — so relaxing and beautifully done. It was exactly what we needed and left us feeling completely refreshed.
Afternoon tea was just as impressive, with excellent service throughout. Bala in particular was so lovely — he asked if we were celebrating anything, and when we mentioned it was a birthday, he kindly offered us a complimentary cake, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the day feel even more special.
Everything from start to finish was seamless and memorable. We will definitely be coming back!

Absolutely gorgeous High Tea sperience

Lovely 😍.. first time sperience I absolutely loved it.. great food ,tea and champagne 🍾 the music was on point very relaxing atmosphere..and we where treated with care and kindness..
