Pros:

Abbiamo alloggiato una notte in quattro persone in due stanze separate. Struttura un po' datata ma molto curata. Staff gentile e molto disponibile per informazioni e consigli. Stanza confortevole, ottima pulizia e letto veramente comodo.
Consigliato per chi è di passaggio o per chi vuole una struttura vicino aeroporto di Stansted dove effettuano anche servizi di navetta.
Consigliato.

Best cost-benefit option available. Very friendly staff.
Pros:

The staff is really nice. The place is beautiful and it's quite close to the airport (but not so much, you still have to book a cab, Uber or ask for the shuttle. It's not cheap). The bedroom was really big, and well structured. Beds are comfortable and we could rest well in the evenings after a long day walking in the city centre.

Cons:

Beside the transportation prices, the place was not so well cleaned. Of course, we stayed only 2 nights, and there was no much staff working during that weekend; but we couldn't feel comfortable enough with the cleanliness of the bedroom.

Awful do not stay here. Save your money and sleep in the airport.
Pros:

Nothing awful place

Cons:

No toilet paper or shower gel in the bathroom. Pillows lumpy. Toilet noisy. Room filthy actually whole hotel filthy. Staff unfriendly. No apology about no toilet paper etc.. We were told not to book airport transfer then when needing one we were told it would be an hour and 20 minutes to wait, so they don’t run every 20 minutes as stated.

Pros:

Hôtel bien placé et facile d’accès à l’aéroport. Le personne reste disponible et agréable

Cons:

Logement médiocre, avec de nombreux défauts au niveaux du matériel ( douche sale et qui fuit électroménager sale et draps sales )

Cheap and cheerful. Great location
Pros:

Location is great and it’s reasonably priced. Facilities are passable and the bed could be a lot more comfortable. The room was huge.

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable and there is no air con, which was unfortunate as we visited during a heat wave

Pros:

Staff were friendly, the location was great for accessing Stanstead Airport and the family room was a good size.
