Very comfortable and enjoyable stay
Pros:

Rooms large and very comfortable
Hotel shuttle very helpful
Staff always happy to help
As a lone and elderly traveller I really appreciate the easy comfort of this hotel

Cons:

Would appreciate if the shuttle ran up to midnight rather than stopping at 1800 and also it is limited at weekends

Fine if you’re just looking for a comfy bed to stay in for one night

A great well priced convenient hotel for Stansted airport !
Pros:

What a convenient hotel to stay at if you are travelling from Stansted! We arrived quite late and were delighted when we were told they were still serving food. The food was good. The check in service was good and overall - good. They also offer parking and will shuttle you to the airport but you will need to get a taxi back in return. Very friendly staff 10/10 and this was a good value hotel.

Pros:

This hotel would be really good with a refresh of paintwork I'm some rooms having said that the toom are very spacious.

Cons:

Mattress in room 2 is very uneven needs replace.

Messaging hotel three times with no reply
no travel cot In our room had to wait till 9pm
squeaky bed every time you turnt over
Squeaky floor even tho we was on ground floor
Waste of money with no sleep

Perguntei pro chat gpt hotéis perto, hotel considerável longe não dava para ir a pé
Não sei se tem hotéis que dariam para ir a pé então não sei exatamente se poderia ser melhor
Mas gastei muito com táxi para ir e voltar do aeroporto

Pros:

The room was lovely and everywhere smelled so nice, staff was really friendly too, was noisy near the airport at night but that was our choice and we wanted to be really close to the airport

Good for my needs, poor breakfast though

The price and facilities were good for my needs.

Cons:

The cost of the shuttle was high for a 1.5 mile journey from the airport to the hotel so I walked and caught the No 7 bus back (£1.70)
I booked a breakfast based on reviews but it was a mistake. I would say 'basic' a container labelled muesli contained cheap grade coco pops. Instant coffee in 2026 omg! Industrial catering items, cheap bread, cheap grade processed cheese and ham, bulk supplied croissants etc. Could do better there, but most guests are passing through so doubt it will change.
