Pros:

Staff are always helpful and friendly. It's a great location and service for park and fly. The shuttle service was offered for the time needed early in the morning and helped with everything.

Cons:

Even though it isn't a luxury hotel, it offers everything we need for a comfortable night stay before flying. So we come back every year

Una notte da dimenticare
Pros:

La posizione è indubbiamente comoda. Vicina appena 5 min di macchina dall’aeroporto. La struttura inoltre offre uno shuttle ad un costo pari a circa 15/17£ a viaggio.

Cons:

Partendo dall’accoglienza, il receptionist non ci ha indicato nessuna informazione in merito a colazione o eventualmente shuttle. Si è limitato a consegnarci la tessera di una camera mezza rotta e incollata con il nastro adesivo. Non ci è stato neanche indicato il piano o la direzione per trovare la camera.
Ora arriviamo alla pulizia: i letti non erano ASSOLUTAMENTE puliti. Ho tolto le coperte dal letto (anche queste piene di macchie, fra cui macchie di sangue) per poterci entrare dentro e ho trovato 3 capelli neri ricci sul cuscino. Ma non è finita qui. Cercavo l’asciugacapelli quando ad un certo punto ho trovato all’interno di un cassetto, un sacchetto dei precedenti inquilini di una nota catena di fast food, con tutti i residui di cibo e confezioni sporche. La camera non è stata assolutamente pulita. Lo sconsiglio assolutamente!!!

Cons:

Room was pretty bad! Felt like I was in a construction site. Hotel looks very grotty and run down.. staff couldn’t be any less interested unless you a regular or drinking at the bar…

Good location to stansted

Cons:

Room downstairs was very dusty and cobwebs around window and curtains. No proper blackout curtains/ they were very thin, toilet very noisy when flushed.

Hotel is not in Stanstead airport
Cons:

Hotel is dated and needs a bit of TLC. It is quite away from the airport and shuttle bus is an extra cost- I had no idea I need to pay extra. Additionally I called on a day of check in, and asked if the shuttle bus is a 24 hour service. Lady on the phone said yes, and when I called to book it another staff member said it’s not. My advice check the small print it’s not worth the hassle for few pounds more you can stay in a nicer hotel.
