I travel for business frequently and my last visit was in May 2025. They seem to have new management and I had the pleasure of meeting Patricia a Customer Service Manager. Patricia does an amazing job with assisting guests and making you feel at home. She does her best to meet your needs and I observed her go over and beyond to help guests. She's probably the most professional individual I've dealt with at this hotel in all the years I've visited.
I will sa, that there's no breakfast options at the hotel and the bar and grill is no longer open, which was a disappointment.
The hotel is trying to clean up and do some renovations but not yet completed.

The rooms are nasty and the pictures are false advertisement they don't look like the rooms they have roaches and bed bugs no power no hot water no ac no heat no TV no Internet they have mold all throughout the hotel black mold and no refund nothi

Most terrible experience of my entire life. Please have a competent manager contact me.

They had roaches crawling all on the bed the bathtub and on the sink it was disgusted and I did not appreciate it and when I went and go check out it wasn't nobody there working the front desk I want my money back I'm pissed off about it

Didn't have the room I reserved offered a room with double beds and had to pay another 32.00 dollars before seeing the room the basen in the bathroom wasn't connected to the vanity went back to the desk for another room bathroom shower combo looked like someone was starting a garden room wasn't cleaned microwave rusted out keep it mind that's the only way to warm up your food wouldn't let my pets stay in the room went back to the desk and asked for a refund

Went to stay for a coworkers wedding! Homeless people in parking lot. Room smelled of mold, air heating unit broke,water bug in hallway, iron burns on floor in room,bed broken,desser broken, bathroom nasty. The tub and shower walls peeling,water not running out of sink nor shower!!!!! Disgusting 🤮 not fit to even be open! Wires hanging down in lobby area! Homeless people sleeping in lobby on the sofas! Property unsafe!!!!

This use to be the place to stay. Like I said Use To Be. Didn't like anything for now. They are suppose to be renovating. Maybe it will be better once it is started and completed. Staff never brought anything that was needed. The carpet going up the steps is ridiculously dirty. Phones in rooms didn't work. Couldn't even call the front desk. Went to the front desk to reach another hotel room where family was in, their phone wouldn't ring in the rooms either. Room had no iron or ironing board, no closet rod or clothes hangers, bathtub and basin both had dark blue water which the tub water wouldn't go down, Has to let the water run about 90 minutes or so before it started to run clear, but I was still afraid to use the water to brush my teeth. I used bottled water. The staff didn't bring new towels the 2nd day. there was no desk chair at the desk, no chairs to sit in. Hopefully an inspection will be done and someone can get the place to a point reviews will be at least average. Right now I would say it's a 1-star or less. Went thru 5-6 rooms in the beginning just to find a room to stay in. Even after doing that it left me with what I previously described. They need more staff. It's too much work for the 2-3 people they have working.

Oct 29, 2024 before I left … I ask for room to be cleaned before returning with clean towels. The room haven’t been clean nor anything.Sane things I had on the floor for house cleaning still there. Gone back to the desk to ask for towel the girl stay on her phone like she didn’t want to answer, two clots and out shower foot towel. Oct 31 checking out day earlier she act there a problem. This at 9am. It’s a good hotel if u stay just over night never no help due to no one at de sk ever. Call on the phone never no help

The room had not been cleaned before I got it there was a mice in the room under the ac unit,my bed wasn't made up and there was a form of some kind of fluids in the bathroom shower smh,,I didn't even stay in the room I went home the room gave me a itchy feeling,and I was told there was no refund witch I feel is not fair because the was no air or heat so I just waisted my money,I spend lots of money on rooms and this room I will not be renting again sorry and I would tell friends to not go there,,I believe I should get a refund,I went back there in the morning for a few hours just to wait for my friend to get in town and I would love my money back thank you I don't think you all should just take ppl money and not give it back because the rooms are not worth it there sorry,,I will be telling my friends and I would like a refund honestly
