Definitely not as advertised. It was a very strange check in and check out process. The window into our room was broken and once fixed still had huge gaps in between panes that let in lots of sound and bugs. The staff were friendly, but I would never stay here again. I’m grateful my booking was for only one night.

We did last minute booking as our flight was delayed. Appreciated the authentic local experience, very friendly people. Our only issue is we don't speak much Spanish, there were some confusion, but not too bad.

Pros:

The service at Morgan restaurant was great! The service from the front desk was not very helpful. We had to inquire about everything (after check in) and when requesting things, (shuttle) we were told "ok" only to learn they are not sending a shuttle. Not helpful individuals at front desk when we were there.
Room was very small, cramped. Clean. Muggy (not sure if air was working properly). door handle was broken, (in the room not to the room) bathroom old and dingy, toilet didn't flush well. Not a terrible stay, however would not choose to stay here again.

There were lots of pools and beautiful gatdens. The villa was a little casita with cooking pots and pans and dishes. Everything you needed was there except food. The breakfast served by the Captain Morgan restaurant was excelkent and included. They came by ro do an inventory of dishes shgets, towels, etc right after I checked in and asked me ro sin it. However, when I went ro check out they did not want ro give me a signed copy saying wverything was atill there. I had to make a fuss ro make it happen.

Instalaciones con falta de mantenimiento y piscinas sucias, cuentan con apenas lo básico y sólo tiene una plantilla pequeña y lenta para cocinar, una habitación tiene 2 camas pegadas porque no hay más espacio, las fotos son diferentes a la realidad. Uso de piscina limitado según el color del brazaletes, literalmente llegaron a sacarnos. El check out super lento, hay que esperar que lleguen a inventariar el menaje. No hay espacio para tender ropa. Buena ubicación

Priblemas para la fauna del lugar
Pros:

En general el lugar esta bien equipado, se ofrecen amenidas pero es muy limitado lo que desarrollan. Hay un grave problema con gatos callejeros, hay decenas de ellos y son peligro para la fauna del lugar: aves, iguanas pequeñas, lagartijas, entre otros se pueden ver afectados por el ataque de gatos. Deberian atraparlos y llevarlos a algun refugio para darlos en adopción, de lo contrario los efectos en la fauna de la zona van a ser dramáticos.
