Very enjoyable would stay again and would recommend the hotel
Pros:

The hotel is very nicely furbished the room was lovely with comfortable beds, staff very friendly and helpful and the bar is a great place to chill later on a night, with friendly bar manager

Great private dinning experience in the Mirror Room.
Pros:

We had a brilliant experience at 11 Cadogan Gardens. We had a family birthday meal in the Mirror room which is a fantastic private dining room. The food was amazing, the service was brilliant, super friendly staff and Julia who helped us organise it was extremely helpful, everything went to plan and her communication was great. Would highly recommend this venue.

The hotel fitted our requirements perfectly.
Pros:

Location was perfect as we required to be in Chelsea. Handy for shops transport and tourist attractions. A very attractive area of London. Some really good restaurants nearby.

Cons:

Some items require attention in the hotel. Kettle required replacement and the plug in the wash hand basin didn't function. Bathroom would benefit with a shelf for toilet bags.
