The staff at the hotel reception were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Lovely, lovely people. We arrived early and they were so happy to store our bags and offer us a shower etc.

The room that was assigned to us did not even have the possibility to open the window, namely he could be detained and he was looking at a large tin pipe, probably because of the humming ventilation. The room did not match the picture or the name of the room that was paid for. At insistence that night we were given a temporary second room.
We decided to leave the hotel, but another room was found in the morning. Fortunately, it had a window, although the door to the toilet could not be closed, there was no bar in the room, and the cleaning of the room was regularly delayed and in two cases it was only after our intervention, even though we were out of the room for hours .There was a room cleaning team and a cleaning control team that did not notice that the room was not vacuumed and that the paper that accidentally fell behind the cabinet was there all four days. Although it was optional to leave a tip to the employees, one got the impression that this was the main role of the reception. The question is whether the employees are really poorly paid and whether they should get the money they have earned by forcing a tip.
Everything. The staff are wonderful , the location is superb and the bedrooms and hotel are decorated to a very high standard. Our little doggie is also made a fuss of and welcomed . Breakfast is delicious and parking 5 mins walk away. Highly recommend.
