Расположение отеля на мой взгляд - лучшее в Лондоне. Прям из отеля можно попасть на приятную пешеходную улочку где много кафе и ресторанов, в 5 минутах улица со всевозможными магазинами, 15 мин до гайд парка и хэродс. При этом район спокойный, не шумный
Сам номер был приятный, очень качественное белье, кровать очень удобная и подушки, отличная ванная в мраморе.
Весь персонал был очень внимательным и всегда готовым помочь
В нашем номере выходящем на солнечную сторону не по помещали бы легкие занавески в дополнение к прочным шторам, тк утром открывая шторы солнце ослепляло.
На завтрак в ресторане хорошо бы иметь приоритет постояльцам тк порой приходилось очень долго ждать официантов из-за загруженности ресторана другими посетителями

It’s a bit dark in the hallways towards the petite double room we had
We were a family group ranging in age from 8-78. Our young family stayed in the apartments while us grandparents stayed on the 3rd floor in the main hotel. The accommodations were absolutely lovely but the service, care and concern for all of us was a huge part of what made our stay there so enjoyable - responsive and kind. I was under the distinct impression that every single member of the staff genuinely enjoyed their jobs and took delight in providing top level customer service - a special shout out to James and Salvano! Truly - we hated to leave.
What a super place - very stylish, with everything you need when you're staying in London, spread over different floors and rooms. Feels like a home from home. Fabulous location behind Sloane Square. The staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful, especially James the concierge ! Will base ourselves every time we go home, for sure :)
The apartment was the perfect size and location for us during our stay. The rooms were extremely clean and housekeeping went above and beyond with my very untidy daughters room and clothing. You have the benefit of the hotels facilities including room service, gym, bar and restaurant. We also received a very warm welcome by reception and concierge who also kindly assisted with later check out and arranging a transfer to the airport for a late flight. The only drawback is it’s at the pricier end for accommodation but the location and apartment probably has something to do with that. And the main hotel entrance / reception/ bar could do with a freshen up. Bar staff were also very professional and pleasant.
Excellent service, friendly and welcoming without exception. The beds were super comfortable. Quiet location which can be hard to find in London. Super location.
The common parts (stairs landing etc) could do with a fresh lighter colour and refresh.

The Atmosphere was very nice and classy. The time here was so beautiful especially with Saiful. He made the experience more wonderful. The room is very aesthetic and the jazz music made it more enjoyable.
