On 24 December and 31 December, a Gala dinner supplement is mandatory for all guests and is included in the nightly rate for 2 adults in all double room occupancies, and for the Family Villa rate is inclusive of gala dinner for 4 adults. For children 4–11 years, the rate is EUR 25 per child and this is to be paid upon check-in as it is not added to the rate plan.

Please note as from May 2024 the spa will be temporary closed for maintenance and renovation.

Started since 1 August 2023, Seychelles implemented New Environmental Sustainability Levy to enhance green initiatives. Under the newly introduced levy, all visitors to Seychelles will be required to contribute on a per person/per night basis. Nie polecam. Wprowadzają celowo w błąd.
Pros:

Basen był bardzo ładny z pięknym widokiem. Śniadania i obsługa na nich bardzo dobra.

Cons:

Resort sprzedaje pokoje tańsze o 50€ niż pozostałe, które znajdują się na samym dole przy wjeździe tzw. z widokiem na ogród. To jest nieporozumienie! Pokoje są stare, brudne, kraty w oknach, brudny prysznic. Paskudna lokalizacja. Jeśli kosztowałoby 50% mniej niż reszta pokoi i opisane byłoby „budget”, to w porządku, ale tak, jest to umyślne wprowadzenie w błąd!!! Płacisz prawie 300€ i dostajesz okropny pokoj w okropnej lokalizacji i czujesz się po prostu oszukany. Wymeldowanie o 10:00, godzina 10:03 i już pukają do „pokoju”, abyś wychodził. Trochę kultury

Una desilusión…
Pros:

El trato del chico de recepción y del chico que llevaba el carrito de golf con pelo largo ( con una coleta) el resto te hablaban y miraban diferente dependiendo de la habitación que tuvieras.
La piscina y sus vistas es un mejor que tiene el hotel.

Cons:

Fue el hotel más caro y sin dudas el peor con creces. Pagando casi 210 euros la noche nos mandaron a la entrada del hotel a unas habitaciones casi abandonadas donde el
Mobiliario era súper antiguo , la ducha no funcionaba bien, el olor del agua era a cañerías y tenías q llamar a un coche de golf para absolutamente todo.

Era nuestra luna de miel y reservamos en este hotel por el spa y los masajes ( era la última noche) y cuál es nuestra sorpresa cuando nos dicen que están de vacaciones!! ( de vacaciones un hotel de lujo que es SPA en su nombre y en agosto??) y por supuesto sin avisar.

En el restaurante constantemente estaban pendientes de cobrarte todo y recordarte lo que debías aún sabiendo que tenías que hacer el check out ( jamás me habían tratado así)

El chico de recepción súper majo y nos dejó ducharnos antes de irnos ( casualmente en el spa) pero la mujer bastante borde y cortarte, nuestra sensación fue que nos encontraban inferiores por dormir donde dormíamos….

Magnificent location and friendly staff
Pros:

The location is incredible, everything is so green around and the view is stunning. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, special thanks to the restaurant team.

Cons:

Just a tip for people with reduced mobility to consider.
for the gorgeous location you have to pay going up and down the stairs or steep hill - I was traveling shortly after ankle trauma and some routes were uneasy.

It was peaceful, calming and restful.
Pros:

The property was beautiful, the ocean view was epic, the beach was pristine and the staff were welcoming and very helpful. Kudos to the staff, Dorothy, who made our stay worthwhile, organizing our tours, pickups and catering to our needs at Valmer resort.

The stay was short.

Sehr gepflegte, ruhige Anlage. Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Nur wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt.

Cons:

Das Preisniveau ist leider sehr hoch. Scheint aber für die Seychellen dennoch normal zu sein. Ein Milchkaffee für 7 Euro ist dennoch sehr heftig oder das Glas Wein 0,1 l für 10 Euro

Pros:

Location is nice and is easy to arrive to all the beaches on the west coast but DEFINETELY need a car otherwise you will spend a lot of money on taxis. Hotel is clean and villas are nice. With car you can reach nice restaursnts quick. A lot of shops at 2-3 min drive

Cons:

The food is a bit mediocre. We had breakfast included and took a dinner one day. Definetely not recommand the dinner…. better take the car and go to a restaurant. But the food isnt what bothered me mostly, but the staff at restaurant… They are not friendly, always rush you and what shocked me is that one night around 9-9:30 we were having last drinks and they TURNED OFF THE LIGHTS without saying anything and just left.. A bit shocking… Everytime i got the impression even when eating they quickly take plates and everyting. They seem like they do not want you there. People come to vacation to relax, you cannot turn off the lights and leave them in dark at 9 . So expect to go to your room at 9 at this hotel….

Wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthalts überhaupt nicht wohlgefühlt
Pros:

Uns hat das große Zimmer gefallen, und auch das Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Leider gibt es in diesem Hotel einiges zu bemängeln. Die Sauberkeit war nicht zufriedenstellend: Die Gardinen waren stark verschmutzt, die Möbel hatten mehrere Flecken und auch die Handtücher waren fleckig.

Außerdem empfand ich das Personal größtenteils als sehr unfreundlich. Wir haben uns nicht willkommen gefühlt. Besonders die beiden Damen an der Rezeption wirkten auf uns herablassend. Auch als wir ein Auto mieten wollten, war der Ton einer Mitarbeiterin uns gegenüber sehr bestimmend und wenig freundlich.

Als meine Karte zunächst nicht funktionierte, tauschten die Mitarbeiterinnen bereits auffällige Blicke aus, obwohl dieselbe Karte etwa eine halbe Stunde später problemlos im Restaurant funktionierte.

Ein großes Lob geht jedoch an Jakob von der Rezeption. Er war wirklich freundlich und hilfsbereit – leider war er die einzige Person, die uns positiv aufgefallen ist.

Darüber hinaus ist das Hotel insgesamt in die Jahre gekommen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist aus unserer Sicht nicht gerechtfertigt. Für den verlangten Preis hätten wir einen deutlich besseren Zustand, mehr Sauberkeit und einen freundlicheren Service erwartet.

Insgesamt können wir dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen. Wir würden anderen Gästen raten, ihr Geld lieber in ein anderes Hotel zu investieren.

Pros:

It’s located in the best area! It’s build in the jungle and it has amazing view and tropical feeling.
The staff was always welcoming and accommodating all our needs.

Pros:

Nos gusto mucho la variedad tanto en el buffet de desayunos, como en el buffe de cena, tuvimos la oportunidad de poder probar la autentica comida local.

Cons:

Que nos cobraran las tasas aun siendo residentes. Hable la con persona en turno en recepcion y ella llamo a una responsable y aun asi nos cobraron.

Un hôtel parfait et dépaysant qui donne envie de revenir
Pros:

La vue de la chambre dans un écrin de nature avec le passage des roussettes, la literie confortable pour un vrai repos, le côté très spacieux, le calme, la gentillesse du personnel toujours aux petits soins.

Cons:

Les escaliers un peu raides et le manque d'éclairage pour se rendre au restaurant
