Very good room, good view of the river. Restaurant very good. Easy parking, even though it cost. Excellent location downtown. Staff exceptionally helpful.
Easy to find, easy to park, reception staff friendly, room was spacious and clean, bed was very comfortable, shower had good water pressure and food in restaurant was excellent.
Staff were very busy in the restaurant so service was very slow. But the staff were friendly - just rushed off their feet.

Bath room poor
The fact that we got a large suite room for the price. I would definitely stay there again in Sydney if all the rooms are like that.
One of the mattresses had a stain on it. Other than that, everything else was perfect about the room.

This was one of the best Hotels we stayed at during our holiday.We invited our friends over for dinner.There was complimentary snacks and wine that you can pay for in the room.I had time to do our laundry in the laundry provided on the premises for only 3 Looneys per wash and 3 Looneys to dry.They have washing powder that you can buy on the premises

The location was great. At the waterfront, close to restaurants and shopping. I like that I could open the windows.

More soap in the washroom
The bed was comfortable. Trio is a lovely restaurant. Elevators are quick. Nice view from room.
The room was not as clean as it usually has been when I stayed there. Stains on the carpet that looked like dog poop; dirty glasses; fridge door loaded with fingerprints and drips; dirty fronts on drawers. Inconsistent paid parking policy. I have stayed there at least ten times in the past two years and have never been charged for parking. When I spend over $300 a night on a room, I don't expect to pay $15 each night for parking especially when there is a huge lot on the property with ample room.
