Pros:

I often stay here and the front desk staff is very accommodating when plans need to change. All of the staff are very friendly.

Cons:

Maybe provide a toilet brush in the bathroom?

Booked this room as most economical compared to other places for March 28, and it exceeded my expect
Pros:

I believe the rooms were renovated ? Or at least they looked like they were. Very modern and clean. Enjoyed our room! Bathroom was clean and well maintained

Could have been better.
Pros:

Lovely room. Clean

Cons:

Staff was not friendly, and in fact the staff in the dining room flat out ignored us. We waited 10 minutes at the “wait to be seated” sign. There were empty tables. The staff looked right at us several times and continued to chat amongst themselves. Couldn’t even be bothered to say “I’ll be with you in a minute”. We walked out! Had issues with room rate. Front office called after I had checked in and told me that the rate would be adjusted to match my confirmed price. However when I went to check out I had to go through the whole thing again as the room correction they had told me they would do had never happened.

The place is convenient and the rooms are lovely, but thanks to the staff I probably won’t stay there again.
