Uplifted and good service
Pros:

We booked a suite which was nice as it had a separate living room.

Cons:

The toilet/barh had a door but the sink was in a separate area in the bedroom with no door so when I had to wash my hands i woke up my partner in the night.

Large rooms and very convenient location
Pros:

The Simon Hotel was a great base for a ten-day stay in Sydney. It is located right on the boardwalk and just one street away from Charlotte Street and all the downtown restaurants.
Really loved the large rooms with lots of storage space and an office area. The bed was big and extremely comfortable. The rooftop wasn’t open in January but the gym is also located on the top, 9th floor and it has gorgeous views of the waterfront while also being very well equipped with a variety of machines.

Not sure if I will stay again
Pros:

I was excited to return for my 2nd time. Unfortunately my stay this time was met with very loud and disruptive younger people whom the staff at The Simon didn't "appear" to help other than saying "sorry"

Cons:

I understand teams were there the same weekend I was. As a parent, I took my children to tournaments and we stayed in hotels. Friday and Saturday evening I called down to the front desk, advising them about the slamming of doors, running, screaming, yelling, hitting something that sounded like plenums being struck as they echoed into my room. Both times the front desk staff said "sorry" but it didn't appear like anything changed. I was woken up and then became very irritated that nothing seemed to change.

Great place to stay, especially if catching the ferry.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, room extremely comfortable and staff very helpful. Secure off street parking was a plus.

We were only there one night,

Over all it was a good stay
Pros:

Hotel was very friendly and the dogs where welcomed. Staff didn't seemed bothered for questions or the dogs.

Cons:

Beds seemed a bit hard and small for price I paid.
How you expect people to come why charge for parking.
