Pros:

The restaurant and the staff were excellent!

Cons:

The room could have been cleaner. There were stains on the carpet and there was hair and body wash on the floor in the bathroom.
Maybe some new pillows would have been nice. I found them very uncomfortable.

Stay nice and very good as expected from a previous stay.
Pros:

Very nice hotel with good installations and excellent staff. Very friendly and forthcoming. Breakfast included with good options for all customers. Perfect location in downtown Saint John. I would recommend this hotel to friends visiting Yarmouth. Fantastic view from the window of our room. In fact we are repeating customers.

Cons:

The fitness room has the exercising machines a bit rusty. Otherwise everything was checking out OK.

Pros:

Clean and well kept.

Cons:

Restaurant staff were rude. They were understaffed and I was left standing waiting to simply say their lobby coffee was empty. The gal on the front desk came over to find out why I was standing around and helped sort it out. Not the level of service I expect at this price point.

Very nice Sydney hotel
Pros:

Location was excellent, private parking lot. Employees were very friendly.

Cons:

My bedroom would not warm up. The living area was fine but the bedroom was cold.

Friends’ trip to Cape Breton

Spacious room, beautiful waterfront view, and very nice front desk staff.

Nothing. Everything about the hotel and its location was perfect.

Zentrale Lage in Sydney direkt an der Waterfront
Pros:

Großes Zimmer mit separatem Schlafzimmer, etwas Aussicht Richtung Hafen, Hotelparkplatz vorhanden, zentrale Lage mit Irish Pub direkt gegenüber. Sehr gutes Frühstück, das a la carte serviert wurde.

Cons:

Die Heizung war sehr laut und vor allem nachts störend, außerdem war im Nachbarzimmer viel Lärm durch die dortigen Bewohner, der erst nach Beschwerde an der Rezeption abgestellt wurde. Es war zwar eine kleine Küchenzeile vorhanden, aber keine brauchbare Ausstattung mit Tellern, Besteck etc.

Great location!
Pros:

Location was perfect. Room was huge and very quiet. Room temperature was also very comfortable.

Cons:

Parking was paid at $15/day. Bed was soft and a little lumpy. The water would sometimes be scaldingly hot.

It was okay.
Pros:

The rooms are well up kept. Very clean and cozy. The location is very convenient, in walking distance to all the main things you would need while in Sydney.

Cons:

I have stayed here many times, this time however the price was increased by a lot and you now have to pay 15$ for parking on top of already paying for the room and not having any sort of breakfast included. One would automatically, reasonably assume that parking would be included during your stay when you’re already paying so much to stay there.
