Settimana bianca a Pila, marzo 2026

Struttura molto calda e accogliente in ogni senso, tutti molto gentili, empatici e professionali, anche oltre il normale rapporto con il cliente, sono stata davvero bene.
Comunque gia' conoscevo il Club Esse per altra settimana bianca nel 2019, quindi sono andata a colpo sicuro, ma quest'anno devo dire che mi sono trovata ancora meglio.
Grazie davvero a tutto lo staff, siete stati carinissimi con me e con mia sorella e un ringraziamento particolare al Direttore Salvatore Giardina, molto disponibile e cortese;
mi e' venuto incontro in tutto e per tutto, anche e soprattutto dopo l'infortunio subito, grazie ancora a tutti, un abbraccio sincero e a Dio piacendo, arrivederci al prossimo anno.❤️

Grande supporto staff per risolvere il problema di una doppia prenotazione effettuata per errore su booking. Dasolo non ci sarei riuscito

Cons:

Direi che per chi abbia esigenze qualitative sui pasti forse conviene cercare qualcosa all'esterno per la cena. Comunque prima colazione ok e anche le cene in albergo per chi si accontenta di una qualità tipo mensa aziendale va benissimo

Pleasant stay, good value for money and good location
Pros:

Catering excellent, both at breakfast and dinner. Great service with friendly staff throughout the stay. Very good location, minutes from the slopes

Cons:

Rooms can be quite noisy due to lack of sufficient noise insulation from neighbouring rooms, light sleepers should bring earplugs. I was staying in the annexe and there was a bit of noise from other guests entering the property late at night through the ski room, not much done by the hotel to try mitigate this perhaps by closing internal doors in the corridors. fortunately I was able to move rooms to one further away down the passage from the ski room/entrance. Wifi/broadband: none in the bedrooms, you have to go to the reception area to get wifi.
