Cons:

No air con. Carpet filthy and stained.
Bath was dilapidated and floor stained
Bath towel had hole in it. No bar or dining room. I. asked if I could have some water was told to drink out off tap in sink. And the hangers were broke

Ok for 1 night. Hotel needs modernising big time.
Pros:

Walking distance to beach. Parking at the hotel available free for paying guests.

Cons:

Old fashioned, needs modernising. Walls need painting, fan in bathroom was very dusty. Pictures on the walls were wonky. Although numbers are provided in case of emergency the reception desk isn’t manned. You cannot book in a minute before 4pm as there’s no one there and the door is looked. The reception guy when he did arrive was not very warm or welcoming. He looked miserable and spoke miserably.

Found bed bugs on last night's stay, hot water keeps fluctuating and the shower room fan does not work. Very poor towels. Another dated room.

Pros:

From the moment we arrived at the Mayfair Hotel in Bournemouth, we were blown away by just how brilliant everything was. It is nestled perfectly on Bath Road, making it a casual, beautiful walk straight down to Bournemouth’s stunning golden beaches and the lively town centre.

The accommodations at the Mayfair Hotel are nothing short of spectacular. Every single detail is designed to give you a lavish, restful experience that feels like a true five-star sanctuary.

Good location, room size was also nice.

Cons:

Daily cleaning of the rooms was not as expected. Room cleaning only happened once when it should have been daily. We had to ask staff multiple times.

In totally was fine.
Pros:

I like the place, very nice, kind and friendly receptionists. Sara is a Brazilian receptionist very sweet.

Cons:

A lot noise in the evening and early morning from the rooms, and not a lot plugs in the room. I just saw only one plug for everything :(
Cannot make coffee when drying the hair for example :/
