Ein sehr gut geführtes, angenehmes Haus.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr gut geführt, das Personal freundlich, die Verpflegung sehr gut und die Lage ruhig und erholsam, das Restaurant am Abend besonders zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, ein klein wenig „von gestern“, aber sehr gemütlich, nur bei der Ankunft so gut wie völlig ungeheizt, was vielleicht den Energiepreisen, nicht aber dem Standard des Hotels entspricht. Da die Heizung gut funktionierte, hätte nur jemand eine Stunde vor Ankunft die Heizkörper andrehen müssen. Erstaunlich, dass das in einem gut geführten Haus nicht geschieht.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
Pros:

Das Hotel befindet sich in zentraler Lage - nah am Kurpark.
Das Buffet zum Frühstück war super und es wurde auch laufend aufgefüllt.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr erholsam und bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten Mega schön.
Pros:

Die Einrichtung des Hotels, die Mischung aus modern, gemütlich und klassisch, das Restaurant und die Auswahl und Vielfalt zum Frühstück sowie die Zusammenstellung des Menüs am Abend ließen keine Wünsche offen. Ein ganz großes Lob an die Küche. 🫶Die Menüs waren kreativ, sehr schön angerichtet und hervorragend im Geschmack. Der Wellnessbereich hat eine sehr schöne Aufteilung. Man hat einen schönen Blick in den Garten und kann sehr gut entspannen.Wenn man wie wir mit dem Hund reißt, hat man schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und auch dort der angrenzende Park und der Weg am Fluss entlang perfekt.

Cons:

Leider hat das Personal im Service lautstark und für die Gäste mit hörbar Konflikte ausgetragen. Das geht gar nicht.Wir hatten auch das Gefühl, dass ein gewisses System sowie Zuständigkeit der Tische fehlte. Dadurch kam es oft zu einem Durcheinander. Wenn wir uns nach dem Abendessen in die Bar begaben mussten wir zum bestellen und auch zum bezahlen den Barkeeper aufsuchen, da er nicht in den Raum mit den blauen Möbeln kam. Wenn dort auch eine Barkarte steht, dann erwarte ich, dass dort auch geschaut wird, ob sich dort Gäste befinden. Auch zu überdenken, ist die Musikauswahl am Abend.

Sauberkeit, Lage und vor allem die Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals

Cons:

Die Nutzung des Spa Bereichs war nur eingeschränkt möglich, da dieser vollkommen überfüllt war und durch einige Eltern als Spaßbad genutzt wurde.

Hier bedarf klarerer Regeln seitens des Hotels, zumindest in den Ruheräumen und um Stoßzeiten zu vermeiden.

Dies wurde vor Ort angemerkt aber eher ignorant zur Kenntnis genommen.

Sehr zu empfehlen
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, Zimmer sehr groß mit Balkon . Der Wellnessbereich ist super schön zum relaxen. Das Frühstück und Abendessen hervorragend und das Personal sehr freundlich. Vielen dank 🤗
