Highlights
- Although the hotel is not the newest one, but I was still impressed by my suite with plenty of space and huge bathroom. There are also wash- and dry machines available which I have never experienced in Hilton so far
- The happy hour and the executive lounge is one of the best. The choice of food is huge and there is even a live noodle soup cooking station. The food was delicious and tasty plus the service was perfect.
- The hotel gym is very professional for a complete workout
- Very friendly service in the breakfast buffet

- Some of the service teams were busy more or less with their mobile phones all the time maybe it’s not too busy in the hotel at the moment

Very good room with all amenities. Spacious
The hotel is too old, located in old downtown of Hefei. The air condition was not working, room temperature was hot and not able to cool down.
It's the third time we have stayed at Hilton Hefei. The hotel is not very new, but the service is excellent.
The staff, who are very professional and kind, prioritizes customer attentiveness. I doubt I will return to this hotel again, but I suggest it to everyone who has the opportunity to visit Hefei.
I want to thank Ms Xu Wen Jing, the restaurant manager, for her great attitude.
Good location but has smell of smoking
Good hotel
Terrible experience. My wife fell off at the side entrance of the hotel due to an uneven surface at the entrance, scratching her leg. She had to go to a nearby clinic for a medical treatment. Her situation didn't improve after 5 days of staying at the hotel and she couldn't go anywhere for the most of time. Although the hotel acknowledged that it should be responsible for the accident, the managers refused to compensate us for the physical damage and the loss of time that could have been spent with my parents at my hometown, except for a waiver of breakfast charge.
I always stay in Hilton Hefei for my visit. It provided the best services and location is very convenient for travelers. The breakfast is my favorite while the pool and the fitness room are also great. I will sure come back soon.

staff is not co-operative, the property is in run down state and needs to upgrade to Hilton standards.
even the shower was leaking, the toiletries kept were used one. after paying 150 dollars for the stay you get this service.
Room service needs to improve its food quality and delivery service. Missing of food items ordered and the presentation is poor. Staff service is good though.
