We stayed in this hotel last year during Messe/ITB. Location and service that time was good.

Cons:

We visit Berlin each year for ITB and our earlier visit to this property was good. This is the reason we again booked this hotel but unfortunately Hotel kicked us in last minute and shifted to new hotel, which is little far this is very bad. as we booked this hotel, few our other friend also booked next hotel nearby so we can join each morning/evening for meal and travel to messe together. They are first time traveller. As Hotel kicked us in last minute so we have to split/join each time for meal, business meeting Location and extra cost involved, which is very disappointing. We are also in tourism business in last 30 years and we always offer upgrade and additional benifit if such happen due to poor management of hotel. But we just received mail. That all.

5 Stunden Aufenthalt,davon 30 Minuten Checkin. Diskussion dass die Zimmer Kategorie nicht verfügbar ist,die ich bei booking gebucht habe. Wollten dann 10€ haben. Das Zimmer wurde zweimal vergeben, um Mitternacht wollte jmd aufsperren,der hatte auch den Schlüssel mit der Zimmer Nummer. Also alles ganz schoen chaotisch
