Tutto eccezionale. Complimenti anche per le attenzioni ricevute.

Would def come back !
Pros:

Great location for visiting Etna and Alcantara gorge. Lovely attentive staff and the food was amazing. Much of it produced locally

Cons:

Beds a little hard for us. But clean and v acceptable

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt
Pros:

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, hatten ein supersauberes Zimmer, einen Pool mit Ausblick bis zum Meer und konnten das sehr gute Essen zwischen den Orangenbäumen genießen.

Careful which room you select !
Pros:

The location is excellent. Whilst it is near a main road, there is very little noise at night

Cons:

We had booked the Suite Palmento and, whilst this was extremely spacious, our selection was, on reflection, a mistake. The bathroom is a long way from the double bed and, if one needs the facilities in the middle of the night, the 'journey' is quite arduous, negotiating some steps and having to duck under a VERY low beam that is part of an old wine press. I banged my head twice !

The double bed sags BADLY in the middle and the pillows need to be replaced.

I decided to try and use the sofa bed but this is very short and still necessitates negotiating the wooden beam.

Breakfast and dinner are good but the dining room is a rather ugly add-on that is not in keeping with the rest of the property.

Very personal Sicilian hospitality

Small resort with a very friendly family running it. Even arriving in the evening, kitchen started up to make dinner just for one person.

Un hôtel remarquable par son hospitalité, et son soucis du bien être de ses clients.
Pros:

Nous avons été accueillis avec le sourire et bonne humeur, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Le personnel est vraiment très poli et agréable, même le jardinier fait attention de ne pas vous déranger. Le propriétaire est vraiment soucieux de ses convives et exemplaire. Nous y avons trouvé un hôtel vraiment très beau et soigné, un grand jardin avec verger de citronniers et autres, superbement entretenu, une belle piscine avec vue sur les hauteurs. La chambre d'une grande élégance, avec un petit balcon. Malgré la route proche, nous n'avons rien entendu. Le lit très confortable. Les espaces sont parfaitement propres et décorés avec goût. Un lieu de calme et de détente vraiment.
Nous avons eu l'excellente surprise en suivant le fléchage du restaurant, de trouver le propriétaire lui même entrain de dresser les tables au milieu du verger. Ce qui nous a offert une belle soirée romantique sous les lumières tamisées au milieu de la nature. Le dîner était très bon et raffiné, et sans mentir, j'ai goûté chez eux, le meilleur dessert de ma vie. Merci beaucoup à eux pour toutes ces attentions!!!

Cons:

Nous avons eu beaucoup de mal à trouver l’établissement, car Google maps nous a envoyer de l'autre coté des gorges et voulait nous faire traverser une zone "ZTL", faites y attention en Sicile, il y en a partout, et traverser ce panneau vous coutera cher... Puis ensuite, Google nous a emmené dans un micro village bien bien plus loin, en nous indiquant que l’hôtel était là, alors qu'en fait nous étions passé devant et qu'il était juste au bord de la route! Mais l’hôtel n'y peut absolument rien de ce désagrément.
