L'hotel è chiaramente una casa riadattata ad hotel con stanzette piccole in cui è inserito un bagno minimale. E' un family hotel, budget-friendly

L'emplacement. Le quartier est magnifique
Pas mal de restaurants a proximité
Métro très accessible

Cons:

Nous savions que la chambre était très petite et ce n'était pas un souci mais c'est surtout très mal insonorisé
Nous avons entendu nos voisins de chambre parler jusqu à très tard le soir (pourtant pas fort)
Le moindre claquement de porte s'entend
Et surtout quand la lumière du couloir s'allume la chambre est éclairée car il y a des vitres au dessus de la porte d'entrée

Perfekt für einen Städtetrip...!!!

Sehr sehr netter Empfang...überaus freundliches Personal...wir bekamen ein Zimmer Upgrade ohne danach zu fragen...für einen London Trip wo man im Prinzip nur zum schlafen im Hotel ist, war es perfekt...!!!
In 3-5 Minuten ist man an einer Underground Station...was will man mehr...???

Fantastic location and breakfast, but room lacked facilities

Fantastic location and affordable price. Very courteous and helpful staffs. Good English breakfast, limited menu in hot food, but very delightful

Cons:

Rooms are a bit old and basic facilities are lacking. For example, no plug sockets for charging. No tea/coffee inside room.tv was small and fixed above the cupboard, so a portion of cupboard was always blocking the view. Table was soiled and the wires were strewn inside the room.

Convenient, well located hotel in quiet neighbourhood

Ottima struttura per una visita a Londra
Pros:

La posizione di questo B&B in classico stile londinese è ottima per visitare tutta la città, vicinissima al quartiere delle ambasciate di Kensigton.
Il personale è stato gentilissimo e disponibile, avevamo una camera davvero piccola, ma ci è stata cambiata con una più grande senza problemi, hanno fornito servizio di magazzino bagagli e la sala era sempre disponibile per un caffè o un the di passaggio.
Peraltro struttura con ascensore!

Cons:

Non amo tantissimo la moquette, ma è lo stile inglese, prendere o lasciare.

The location was fantastic, close to underground to access the whole of central London - great base if you're looking to explore London and all the major attractions.

Cons:

Have breakfast run a little later - breakfast runs until 9am and although we were up and out for just after 9am we never did make breakfast :). however the kitchen is available to use after breakfast has been served and throughout the rest of the day/night. We just didnt have ourselves organised enough to benefit from it.

The room (no 15) was just not comfortable for two occupants.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and the location was fab. The breakfast too was okay.

Cons:

Having a double bed pushed up against the wall means the person sleeping by the wall has to crawl into the bed, which is just not comfortable.

The bedding quality was below par with no duvet cover on the quilt.


The bathroom/toilet space is too small.
