Für Städtetouren, bei den man eh nur zum schlafen im Hotel ist, ideal auch für Familien.
Pros:

Die gute Lage und ruhige, saubere Umgebung.
Super freundliches Personal

Pros:

Leuk oud, Engels hotel!
De locatie was perfect, middenin het centrum. 5 minuten lopen van het metrostation Cloucester Road.
De bedden waren goed, kamer werd elke dag schoongemaakt.
Personeel was heel aardig en het ontbijt op zijn Engels, maar goed. Werd ter plekke voor je bereid. Koffie en thee kon je pakken vanuit de keuken.

Cons:

Het was gehorig, de mensen in de kamer naast ons kon je letterlijk verstaan.
Met oordoppen in goed te doen.
We kwamen er pas een dag later achter dat het water in de badkamer niet drinkbaar was, dit hoorde we de receptionist tegen iemand zeggen. In de keuken zijn kranen met filters die je kunt gebruiken.

Excelente ubicación y trato del personal
Pros:

Ubicación excelente, al lado de kensignton gardens y del museo de historia natural. Cerca de metro Gloucester Road, conexión con Picadilly. Personal super atento y amable. Desayuno muy completo. No hay problema en coger cena de fuera y cenar en el comedor del hotel. Había neverita en la habitación Seguramente volvería por la ubicación y el trato del personal

Cons:

Camas individuales muy pequeñas. Presión del agua muy baja, no sé si era pq estábamos en la 4a planta. Faltaban cajoneras para guardar la ropa. Solo había un armario con una barra con perchas, una mesa tipo escritorio y una silla.

La ubicación es practiquisima y el barrio precioso!!
Pros:

Las instalaciones son tal cual a las publicadas, el personal súper amable y atento. El desayuno si bien es un poco básico, le van cambiando algunas cosas todos los días

Cons:

Lo único que tengo para decir es que por las mañanas se siente mucho el aroma del desayuno y un poco invade la habitación, si mejoraran eso sería perfecto!

Einfache Unterkunft in guter Lage
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Das Personal war aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigeren Wohngegend und nur ca. 400 m von der U-Bahnstation Gloucester entfernt. Die Matratzen der Betten waren okay.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr klein, ebenso das Bad. Das Waschbecken war winzig (!!!) und wurde ab dem 3. Tag nicht mehr gereinigt. Die Betten waren sehr schmal. An sonnigen Tagen war es sehr warm im Zimmer. Nur durch den bereitgestellten Ventilator war die Zimmertemperatur erträglich zum Schlafen.

The stay was ideal for me-great location, lovely people, clean and full of character.
Pros:

The people are really unique. I’m not sure how they get staff to all act like family with guests but they do. They go out of their way to make you feel like it’s a second home-kitchen available, more breakfast if you want, check on your plans without being intrusive. Unusual and so appreciated

Cons:

Room was on the small side as well as bathroom. No outside space to enjoy in the common area.

Pros:

So clean, excellent water pressure in the shower and a good sized room (we had the suite). The breakfast was good too. We had a disaster with our previous accommodation being double booked so they were a life saver so late at night and we were able to get ready for our wedding.
