Excelente ubicación y amabilidad del personal de recepción. Ibamos un grupo familiar con niños y nos informaron detalladamente de todo, también nos ofrecieron café/té al llegar del aeropuerto. Por la noche pudimos utilizar el comedor para tomar una cena ligera comprada fuera, lo que era de agradecer después de una larga jornada de turismo.
Una muy buena opción para hospedarse en Londres que sin duda recomendaré a mis amistades.

Las camas no eran demasiado cómodas para mi gusto.

Pros:

Nice hotel in an old charming building. The location was great, on a nice and quiet street, near several underground-stations and just a few stops from all the sights in central London. The room was rather small, but charming, comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Full English breakfast with deserts was a good way to start our day. Good value for money.

Very convenient location
Pros:

The location is amazing. I went to London for concerts at the Royal Albert Hall, and I was able to walk there from the hotel, which was very convenient. It is also close to the metro station and even the tourist bus stop.

The staff were also very helpful. They lent me a converter so I could charge my phone during my 3-day stay.

Cons:

The hotel is old, but I was already expecting that from the reviews, so I wasn’t disappointed. I really didn’t like the wall-to-wall carpet in the room. It was old, looked dirty, and I felt very uncomfortable during my stay. I cannot say it was really dirty, but it looked like it was.

Draugiškas ir paslaugus personalas.
Jei po pusryčių planuojate visą dieną praleisti kažkur ir tik grįžti pernakvoti, tai šis viešbutis pats tas - metro Picadilly line vos už kelių šimtų metrų. Gatvelė tokia rami, kad galima miegoti pravertu langu.
Beje, apačioje esančia virtuve visada galima naudotis (tik ne per pusryčius). Pusryčiai sotūs ir skanūs, tik apsistojus ilgesniam laikui gali atsibosti, nes visada tas pats patiekalas.
Aš nerašysiu, kad kažkas nepatiko - tiesiog kaina atitiko tai, ko tikėjomės (ypač dėl vietos). Visai netoli kitoje gatvėje yra restoranas, pub'as, įvairios kavinės.

Posizione perfetta e quartiere tranquillo e silenzioso. Camera un po' piccolina ma anoi serviva solo per pernottare. Bagno perfetto in camera ben tenuto e pulito. Colazione perfetta sia inglese che europea. Possibilità di fare merenda compresa. Ottimo. Personale molto cordiale.

Cons:

se devo fare un appunto migliorerei la doccia: aveva le tendine corte ed ogni volta bagnavi tutto il bagno. Basterebbe tendine più lunghe per risolvere. Anche l'asta del saliscendi era traballante. Con poco si sistema. Mancava un ripiano per appoggiare beauty case

Pros:

Het personeel is heel erg vriendelijk en bieden veel service. Het ontbijt was goed verzorgd en de ligging was top, dicht bij een metrostation.

Cons:

Het matras lag niet fantastisch, maar het verblijf was zo fijn dat wij dit hotel zeker nogmaals zouden boeken.
