It’s a great hotel to stay if you’re in Eunice. I highly recommend it before any other hotels.
Pros:

The hotel is the best one in my small home town. It’s a very good location and the staff are really friendly every time I visit. My family still reside there so I go in often and choose this hotel to stay. Love that they offer breakfast. The parking can be hectic when we are traveling with a trailer but we make it work. The price is a little higher than the other places. I wish there was a discount for frequent visits. Especially now with my parents both up there in age and my dad isn’t doing so well. It would be nice to have a discount when I go in and stay several days.

Cons:

My last stay I was alone and as a female I wish that I would have been closer to the first floor and around the office. Just in case of an emergency. I was given the third floor and the very last room down the hall. Which sat across from the emergency stairs. I didn’t get much sleep because the group of kids that were traveling for some soccer games were up and down them all night. Did I complain? No because I too was once a kid. But little things like asking if traveling alone and would you like a bottom floor for more security questions would have been helpful. With the world now we live in, you just have to take precautions. And a little bit of concern for a single female goes a long way. Especially when you’re already on guard and watching your surroundings. 😊

Affordable and comfortable.
Pros:

Breakfast is a great and tasty selection. Staff is very nice. Location is quiet. Beds are comfortable.

Cons:

Would have liked turn down / cleaning service each nite -- only 1 time did the trash get emptied. Appreciate the TV and selection but not very intuitive how to use if you don't have your own streaming service.

It was the worst stay I've ever experienced.

The bathtub had serval rust stains. Would definitely not take a bath in that.

This hotel isn’t very clean. Our room was very musty in smell. We had hair balls in our bed and on the towels. Our tv didn’t work. Positives: the bed was pretty comfy and the AC worked very well. The price I paid for this room is absolutely nuts for what it was.

Pros:

I don’t usually write bad reviews but this place is a nightmare. Sheets in the rooms were dirty, door in the room looked like it was broken into, could not close bathroom door. Tub was dirty. PLEASE DONT’ STAY HERE HAD BEDBUGS ALSO!

Pros:

No ac in 1st room, 2nd room had to leave after seeing 3 spiders. Shower drain was slow. Breakfast looked like it was from yesterday. Billed me incorrectly and still waiting on a call back. Stayed at this location several times with no problems but it has gone done hill, will NOT return!!!
