Good location next to station, not super obvious how to get to , but not difficult. Bed was comfy, breakfast was satisfactory
No bottled water in the room (not a big deal but would be nice) but to purchase it was almost £6
Floors looked grubby
Location was perfect for Harry Potter Studios. Located near Watford junction so London was easily accessible by train.

Breakfast finished at 9:30am prompt! Everything was taken away, not ideal when you have tired small children who have been up later exploring the city.

Parking was not very good
The friendliness and helpfullness of the staff . The breakfast was excellent and catered for gluten free intolerance very well. Great location especially if you are visiting Harry Potter Studios. Very clean and restful ambiance.
