Pros:

Breakfast was good. Wide selection of fresh foods. Buffet was replenished throughout service and plenty of fresh fruit available.
Room was very clean.

Cons:

Room not suitable for more than 2 people. The sofa bed that was used was extremely uncomfortable and really not suitable for anybody older than a toddler.

I excellent staff created an experience for us.
Pros:

Parking was convenient and the breakfast was satisfactory but its the staff that exceeded many experiences! They were excellent! Very kind and very helpful. They went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable, meaningful and memorable experience for my wife’s 50th birthday!

The manager Saeid together with Hossein, one of the staff, were very warm, pleasant and considerate. They ensured we got an early check-in but going out of their way to accommodate our situation.

Comfortable, but long check-in.
Pros:

Breakfast always fantastic in HI Express, room and bed super comfy - best sleep in a while! Check in took longer than expected though.

Cons:

The business asked for a security deposit paid by card, but they wanted to take details manually... this really perturbed me that payment details were manually taken and that I couldn't use my apple wallet/contactless on my phone. I had to get my partner to send me a picture of my card and the details were typed into the computer system?!

Pros:

Clean, tidy and every member of staff on duty were wonderful.

Cons:

The air con in the room was very loud, however I did work out how to switch it off.

Nice stay
Pros:

We booked this hotel last minute due to a bad experience we had during a stay in central London cant fault it really staff were friendly nice rooms clean and nice food
