Convenient to our needs
it had a slight bit of mould in the bathroom

Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Road noise but it was 35 degrees so not an issue in the winter.
Breakfast in a price, room size, easy parking and nice staff.
The pillows were absolutely disastrous (hard and weird sized), and the main bed was also quite small.
Personale gentilissimo, camera pronta prima dell'orario del check in, letti separati come richiesto. Inoltre, ci hanno fatto trovare in camera una sorpresa per il compleanno di mio fratello! La camera era grande, i letti comodissimi. Posizione strategica per vedere gli Studios di HP.

Bed was so hard it was like sleeping on concrete.

Car park was really dodgy in a run down looking space at the back of the hotel. It didn't feel safe to leave the car
De korte reisafstand naar het centrum. Wel oppassen dat je de sneltrein pakt en niet de stoptrein met ongeveer 20 stops tot aan londen euton. Scheelt een kwartier reistijd. De sneltrein is er in een kwartier.
Parkeren is nogal duur, maar misschien voor Londense begrippen niet, 15 pond per dag.
Fantastic location to both Watford Centre and the railway station. We were able to park behind the hotel (we just after 3pm) but this filled up quickly. Beds were comfy, room was quiet and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly.
Breakfast was ok, parts were great (choice of food, gluten free options) but others not so much (eggs overcooked, coffee not great). Air conditioning was ok, kept the room an ok temperature but wasn't particularly cool. It was also loud when switched above 'low' fan setting.
Breakfast was good.
Aircon did not work in the room, the blower was extremely loud but nothing came out.
After a 5 hour drive on the hottest weekend of the year, we stayed here for a nearby event. I informed the front desk of the fault as we left for the night and was told it would be sorted whilst we were out. Got back to the hotel well after midnight and asked the front desk if the issue was fixed, the member of staff had no idea what I was talking about and said to go check myself and let them know. Went up and the room was hotter than ever. At this point we were tired and just wanted to sleep, not able to wait for a repair man, or pack up and move rooms so we didn't go back down to complain. Wish I did, worst nights sleep of my life - advised another member of staff on checkout and they weren't interested in the slightest.
