People at front desk very kind, also the lady at the kitchen was very well person.

Room was clean, staff was friendly. Brought two toddlers with me, staff was super friendly toward my kids. No deposit fee which was amazing. Will definitely be staying again.

Front desk staff person was good. Ants around and in the bathtub. Water faucet in tub had half inch gap. Found insect in the room. Requested a move and staff obliged. No problems in the new room. Other than that it was a good stay.

Staff are rude and unfriendly. Hotel was just OK not a good area of town.

We were in town for a wedding. Customer service was amazing from the front desk, to breakfast service, and the cleaning staff. Beds were comfortable and a/c unit worked great. Hotel was fairly quiet we couldn’t even hear the nearby freeway.

The sink drained very slowly. It took forever to drain. Overall, the place was clean, quiet, and nice.

Convenient for visiting Yosemite.

Great place to stay! Breakfast was amazing!! The only thing is I would’ve liked to have a couple water bottles in the room for the coffee machine.

We were told we had been given a “nice quiet room”. Our room was right next to highway 99 with trucks barreling along all night. The garbage bins were near our window and the garbage trucks made their rounds at 4:30 am. It was the noisiest room we’ve ever stayed in - and that includes airport hotels! We were not expecting sarcasm from the person that checked us in - it would have been better if he had said nothing about sound - at least we wouldn’t have expected a peaceful night.

Good value for price. Suggested improvement is the coffee for breakfast needs upgrade netter quality pods

Our family came back to California to visit our family. The stay was amazing. Our room was clean and all the staff was helpful if we needed anything extra. Our kids loved the breakfast they offered in the mornings.

The room was nice and large and a very comfortable bed. Also, a wonderful shower!! However, I really think your air conditioning system needs to be updated. The air conditioning blasts you when you are in bed and it is very hard to keep the temperature at a comfortable setting. It is either too cold or too warm.

The breakfast was good, except I didn't like the do-it-yourself Keurig coffee. I had problems getting it to work--not something you want first thing in the morning. I much prefer the large coffee dispensers.
