I was ripped off! Upon arrival, Amber, a very unqualified employee, was unable to find one of my two reservations. We had a 20 minute discussion and presentation of Booking.com reservation numbers, etc and she eventually said that there was nothing she could do, and that she did not have rooms for us. I should her the prepayment made back in NOVEMBER in lieu of my son´s graduation at Purdue. She said there was nothing she could do. She called her manager, Kacy, who also rejected us. I immediately went out to find a place to stay and found one and prepaid it. I then called Booking to claim the situation. They called the property and it turns out that Amber did not know what she was doing and that my reservation was there. The only problem was that I had already paid the alternative I was forced to choose. We spoke to Kacy and explained the situation and he promised he would accept giving back our money and would write to Booking authorizing the reimbursement. This mas has yet to honor his word as Booking sent me an email saying that the property has not confirmed the return of the funds. These are dishonest people that have no regard for their clients. Why should I pay for the ignorance of an employee? How can an honest qualified person at a reception not be able to find a reservation with just using my name? DO NOT GO TO CANDLEWOOD SUITES!!!! I will be contacting IHG regarding this matter as they need to know whats happening with their local operators.

I was ripped off. The manager, Kacy, is a dishonest man. Upon my arrival, one of my two reservations was not honored by Amber, and after 20 minutes of disputing with her she turned us away, leaving us stranded. I proceeded immediately to secure another lodging which I had to prepay. I then called Booking and they called the property and it turns out that Amber MADE A MISTAKE and that I did, in fact, have a reservation. So I spoke to the manager, Kacy, who apparently accepted his employee´s mistake and promised a refund. He has yet to honor his word. Complete disregard for clients! DO NOT GO TO CANDLEWOOD SUITES!!!!!
Room and location were good. The person at the front desk was absolutely amazing! Very helpful and had a great smile!
Room smelled a little like smoke when we arrived. There was items left in the refrigerator. (Milk, drink)
We were home for a family funeral, a very difficult time. The hotel was clean, with a small kitchenette. and good beds. It is close to restaurants and grocery stores. We would stay here again. The check in clerk, couchette, I apologize for misspelling of your name, came to our room with flowers and a lovely card signed by the staff. I was shocked and totally thankful for her thoughtfulness during a very difficult time.
The staff was professional, and the hotel was very clean. However, the property was also quite worn. For example, doors were scratched, and corners of the night stand were worn away. I would prefer clean over new any day of the week, so I would certainly stay here again.
No staff in sight when we arrived. Rang the bell repeatedly for 15 minutes.

Next to the highway so very noisy traffic all night. We had problems with our room key not working several times once after the whole family was returning from the pool the key card would not work and had to have a new one made while everyone froze in the hallway.
