Pros:

The night staff and pool

Cons:

I did not like the managers attitude when I talked to him about someone bounding on my wall. Online it says the pool is heated it was cold. Elevator got stuck with me and 3 little girls inside on the 3rd floor. Likely it opened up on the 2nd so we could get out. I have stayed here before this time was horrible. 😔 😟 🙁 😥

Needed a nice easy cheap place for the night and they were 10/10!
Pros:

Complimentary breakfast was great. I liked that check out was noon, most places it’s 10am.

Cons:

The pull out bed was folding in half all night. And we Would’ve liked bacon as an option at breakfast but breakfast was still great!

Pros:

Game room and pool were nice. Gas station across the street and Fabio's restaurant by parking lot

Cons:

Room needs to be updated. Stains on walls/carpet. Bathtub had some wear. Needs a deep clean.

Only staff that was nice was 11pm-7pm
Pros:

Close to Hershey park

Cons:

Said there was a slide with the swimming pool, never had towels only could offer 2 at a time. Had 4 people in the room! Deck was falling apart, outside chairs were all broken!

Friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Within good reason of hershey park

Cons:

Pool marketed as more play area for children. Hygiene of environment could be better and up keep. Very present repairs and patching.

Perfect location for family stay
Pros:

This was a great location, the room accommodated our whole group (3 adults, 2 children, one baby in provided crib). The pool and game room were highlights for the kids and paired with the noon checkout time allowed us to avoid the costs of another day's worth of entertainment.

Cons:

The beds weren't fantastic. The game room was an added cost and had many claw machine games that you never win- would have preferred more skee ball style games.
