Location , pool was clean, the arcade was nice

Cons:

The mattress for the couch was covered in mold or something spilled on it and was black. Vomit or a spill on the carpet.

i really loved my room. it was self contained and had a little cute kitchen area and dining. this was awesome. will come back. the price was right.

We loved our stay and would return.
Pros:

Pool, gameroom, and breakfast were all great. Staff was very knowledgeable.

Cons:

The pull-out sofa was pretty bad. Luckily, the kids were sleeping on it, but it would not be good at all for adults.

Pros:

The location was great. For breakfast, I loved the pancakes. They had eggs and sausage, but only orange juice. They supposedly had apple juice, but it was watered down. The tub had markings, and parts of the wall were scratched up, possibly from a chair. The closet light switch didn't work, among other things. However, that was just the room I had. The Wi-Fi was free, but it wasn't working well. For example, when I tried to use Netflix, it shut down instead of working.

Cons:

The rooms were very nice. The kids loved the game room. I liked the kitchen and the refrigerator with the microwave. All good inside the room. However, in certain areas, after a while, you could see it was coming apart. The door frame wasn't lined up the greatest.

The night staff and pool

Cons:

I did not like the managers attitude when I talked to him about someone bounding on my wall. Online it says the pool is heated it was cold. Elevator got stuck with me and 3 little girls inside on the 3rd floor. Likely it opened up on the 2nd so we could get out. I have stayed here before this time was horrible. 😔 😟 🙁 😥
