Comfortable stay over all
Pros:

Air conditioning was comfortable asit was very hot outside but we slept very comfortably. Water pressure in shower was very good as well.

Cons:

At first shower did not gave a hand held shower head. We were moved to another room upon complaining,

Hotel pulito e personale gentile

Cons:

La colazione per chi ha regimi alimentari con restrizioni offre poca scelta. Sul sito raccontano di prodotti senza glutine appena sfornati in realtà ti danno biscottini Galbusera o Schar.
Tanti yogurt ma nessuno senza lattosio.

Het hotel had een leuke uitstraling bij aankomst al en kamer was zeer ruim en schoon.
Pros:

Ontbijt was prima.

Cons:

Het zou fijn zijn als er een waterkoker of koffieapparaat op kamer aanwezig zou zijn, zelfs in de lobby geen koffie te krijgen .

Compaired to orher 4 star hotels, this was mediocre.
Pros:

The front desk and restaurant employes were nice and helpful.

Cons:

Old furniture. On the 4th day we found that one room (we had a 2 bedroom) had only 1 room cleaned. One bed was not made, and some of the deserta we had were missing ( i assumed the cleaningblady/man took them.
