Excellent value for money with friendly staff, comfortable rooms and a great breakfast.
Pros:

Hotel Lombardia exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious, clean and had very comfortable beds. The breakfast was good with a nice selection, and the charming courtyard was a lovely place to start the day. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. While the hotel and rooms are a little dated, everything was well maintained. Considering the price, we felt it offered excellent value for money.

Cons:

The rooms and common areas are a little dated and could benefit from some modernization, but everything was clean and well maintained.

Чистота в номере. Дружелюбный персонал в кафе.

Cons:

Администратор пытался обмануть при заселении (подменить заказанный нами 2 местный номер на гораздо худший и "уставший" 3 (!) местный). После нашего возражения, он предоставил номер, который соответствовал нашему заказу.
Завтраки не понравились. Мы не оставались голодными, но ассортимент был достаточно ограниченный и , по нашему мнению, ориентированный на низкую себестоимость.

Вероятно отель имеет 4 звезды только за соответствие техническим нормам, а не за уровень комфорта, сервиса, хороших завтраков и т.д.).

Overall, i was more then happy and satisfies to stay, hotel is excellent for the price, i recommend it.
Pros:

Al ost everything. Hotel is beautiful, nice, clean, very pleasent first impression. Staff was wonderful, polite and pleasent and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent, very tasty, lots of options, refreshments, coffee was excellent, restaurant very nice and clean, great breakfast.

Cons:

Bed was ok, could be little more comfortable, but it was big double bed, it was ok. And extra sofa in the room was also less comfy and not fiting the style. Bathroom was clean, but could renovate and modernize it a little bit, especially the shower
