Just awful and I feel horrible saying it
Pros:

Breakfast was fine only part that wasn’t awful

Door to our room was broken wouldnt open or close for the first 30 mins

Big ZERO STARS!

We booked four rooms for our family vacation, and it was one of the worst hotel we’ve had.

The rooms had a terrible smell and were unbearably hot when we checked in. I understand the need to save energy, but the air conditioning should have been turned on before guests arrived. Walking into the room felt like it hadn’t been properly cleaned.

We found a black vape left on top of the TV remote box, and there was a metal rod sticking out from the bed, which was a serious safety hazard. The lady said its a normal thing, but when we compared the other 6beds, theres no rod sticking out.

The bathtub drained very slowly, making it difficult to use. The drain is filled with filthy materials. To make matters worse, the hotel drinking water because they said a machine had broken down. At the very least, they should have provided complimentary bottled water for their guests.

The vending machines were old, rusty, and poorly maintained. There was also water on the floor beside and underneath the fridge, likely from a recent defrost, but it hadn’t been cleaned/dried up.

Overall, this was a very disappointing stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and book somewhere ielse

- Propreté des chambres à revoir (draps sales, couverture avec des trous, taches sur l'oreiller, poussière...)
- Un oreiller sans taie, une serviette de bain pour 4 personnes, plus de gel douche
- une personne à l'accueil qui ne savait répondre à aucune de nos demandes
- chambre handicapée demandée mais non accessible au fauteuil roulant !
