Tres sale , poussière et miroir mal nettoyée.
Les plancher était mal laver poussière partout
Grande chambre propre avec lit king. C'est vieux, mais pour le prix on ne voulait pas un château. Juste bien dormir avant d'aller à l'aéroport. Très beaux sofas et chaises dans les corridors du bas, la décoration est vintage. Ne vous fiez pas aux avis négatifs, c'est probablement des chialeux.
Difficile d'avoir un stationnement, on a été chanceux.

The kitchen staff during breakfast was friendly and accommodating, especially with kids.
Recepetion desk staff was dismissive and unwavering. I booked for 1 king size bedroom and 1 double queen bedroom, but they gave me two double queen bedrooms in the farthest end of the facility. When I come back requesting the for the king bed I had booked, they asked me "what do do you need a king bed for?" We gave you two double queen because you asked for communicating bedrooms."
So I had to point out that the contract said "communicating,.... IF AVAILABLE," but the rooms they gave us, although side-by-side, did NOT have a communicating door. Plus, I pointed out to them that if I had wanted two double queen, I would have booked for that, considering that the king bed was more expensive than a double queen. The mere fact that I booked for one king, was none of their business what was the sleeping arrangement for my family of 6. They tried telling me how we should arrange the sleeping between the adults and the kids, then they said they had no other king bed available, because they were overbooked due to the storm and multiple flights cancelations.
I told them I had prebooked and prepaid two weeks prior. BEFORE the weather caused anything. And I wanted what I had booked for, period. Or else, be reimbursed. They finally gave me a premium king bed, just accros the front desk, where I did not have to walk to the end of the facility round multiple corridors to reach the room. Part of the family remained in the one double queen, and the other occupied the queen bed.
Then, when I tried booking for the shuttle bus to the airport in the morning for 10am, the front desk again said the shuttle bus was already full, and could not accommodate my family of 6 with our luggages. I pointed out we had come with none, except for purses for the 4 adults... So they booked us in the 11:00 bus instead. Anyway...

Room was cold. I did not find a bottle of water in room, considering I arrived at midnight.
Main entrance was not salted.
No ice for drinks. Vending machine not working.
Nothing in vending machine for snacks.
Breakfast - no ketchup. Process cheese. Could not take our of plastic wrap.
