A few things to work on. Communication between staff members. We had called early early morning to ask if possible for early check- in time. The agent on the night shift confirmed it was no problem as long as we pay 10$ extra per hour. We asked if we could arrive at any time? He confirmed yes. So we opted to get there for 10am after a really long day. Upon our arrival, we were told we could not check in early. We explained we had called and that’s why we’re here ect. Luckily, the afternoon agent was very kind and managed to get us our room. However, we were still charged the $60 arrival fee and due to the error, we do feel that should have been waived. But regardless, we were happy to be able to go in the room.

The vending machine was broken, so drinks were challenging to get. And there is no swimming pool the other thing to mention is the wifi. If you’re watching a movie it will disconnect after about 30 mins and you’ll have to re-connect, so better just to use your hot spot.

I did see a lot of other people complain that the beds aren’t comfortable. We found it quite comfy actually and were able to sleep well 😊

Other than that, our stay was great. To be honest, we will be going back as the rates are really good and the few minor things can be changed, we will just bring drinks with us.

While the hotel itself was decent, the location felt incredibly unsafe. The surrounding streets are completely unlit at night, and there was constant loitering directly outside the main entrance. I did not feel secure walking to my car after dark and would not recommend this property to solo travelers or families.

I parked my car in hotel parking lot but in 4 hour my car was stolen. There no security camera outside. Not much co operation from the staff.

Please change towels to new ones they were old already. And when we arrived (we traveled as a group) in our rooms some bathrooms have no towels and some bathrooms have dirty towels. One room did not have a shower curtain. They shld double check all rooms before it can be used. They shld also refill the soap dispenser in the shower room and sink

Unfortunately, our stay was not pleasant. The room had a strong muddy and musty odor that made it uncomfortable to stay in. In addition, we discovered bed bugs in the bed, which was very concerning and affected our ability to rest. Cleanliness and room maintenance need significant improvement. We were disappointed with our experience and hope the management addresses these issues to prevent future guests from encountering the same problems.

This place is possibly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Dirty, hot, smelly, falling apart, carpet was at least 30 years old, empty vending machines, empty soda machine that only had hot soda that needed to be opened by the desk guy and paid for with cash, no elevator, uncomfortable beds, uncomfortable pillow, hall lights strobed all night, AND it was $200 a night. Only stayed because the entire airport terminal had flight cancellations and by the time we got out with our luggage the good places were sold out. Surge pricing drove the rate way up. Sleeping on the sidewalk by the airport would have been better and save me $200 and who knows what possible infections I may now have.
