Great overnight stopover!!
Pros:

Great spot to have a layover stay close to the airport! Good breakfast and shuttle included!

Cons:

This hotel offered all that we needed gor sn overnight stay.

Over priced for the level of comfort.

Cons:

I had no complimentary bottle of water in my room when I checked in, when I asked, they said I had to buy. Hotels provide u with a bottle of water in ur room, after that then u are being charged for any additional. 2ndly, they told me they offered a complimentary drop off at the airport, when it was time for me to leave, I waited for 30mins and no bus showed up, I spoke to the receptionist and told her it’s seems the bus is running late and I needed to be at the airport, she seemed unbothered and did not care. I had to book my ride myself as I was running late and don’t want any hassles at the airport especially with the ongoing construction.

Le numéro de tèléphone pour avoir de l'aide correspondait à celui de la réception. Il n'y avait personne. Je l'ai indiiqué quand la personne est arrivée

Cons:

Didn't get the room i paid for. Paid for a king bed and got a double bed. Asked for a new room and got two double beds still instead. First room's light did not work. No second lock on the door. Door handles and paint were falling off. Don't book for an extended stay.

Illegal deposit, not that clean, breakfast poor and one microwave for all guests

What a joke, our flight from Calgary delayed 2 hours we had to wait almost an hour for the shuttle and didn’t get to hotel till after 1 am we had to be back at airport by 4 am. The room he gave us was up a flight of narrow stairs and guess what, someone already used the room. Dirty face clothes on bed and bed not made. Several guesses as to why this run down hotel used our room

Smelly and very dated

Front desk staff was friendly

Cons:

We have stayed at many Baymont by Wyndham and none of them were like this. It is more like an old smelly motel. This place is extremely outdated and smelly. The carpets and flooring are ripped up and it needs a paint job. For being an airport hotel, the breakfast should start at 6am instead of 7am. Most people leave for the airport well before 7am.
