Exceptional service and location!
Pros:

Wonderful location and hotel! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful but in particular Ismael went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. He was kind and always greeted me when I was in the lobby and super prompt with helping out with luggage storage. Will stay here again!

My stay was fine
Pros:

Close to a lot of stores,coffee shops and pizza shops

Cons:

Little too much noise on the floor we were staying on I think it was the house keeping getting their stuff together but still too much noise with the talking and laughing.

Pros:

I came across this location due to me having an event at Madison Square Garden and I had to pleasure to meet Manuela. Manuela was outstanding!! Her service was 100 out of 100. This is a place that I would definitely come back knowing that I have an event around the city, especially around Madison Square Garden and hopefully I get the pleasure to be helped by Manuela again!

Great location and perfect for a city break!
Pros:

This hotel is located is a great location not far from Times Square but far enough that it’s a bit quieter. Hotel was clean and staff friendly. The room was small but adequate and cleaned to a good standard on most days. We often stay in Hilton’s for work and on holiday and they are always a safe bet which is why we picked this hotel.

Tip for anyone from the UK booking, the coffee machine uses coffee bags not pods which can be brought in Target or local shops fairly cheaply and the fridge is just a cooler, don’t use milk that’s been stored in it after a day but will keep your drinks and chocolate cool!

Also if you need to get to the airport the hotel have a car service which was reasonably priced and very reliable you can book at reception

I would stay here again and already looking at re booking it

The only minor negatives were the following -

The lifts are slow and if you are on a higher floor it takes while to get up and down but it’s a minor inconvenience (we were on the 24th floor and with the heat last week the stairs were not an option)

Our room wasn’t cleaned on our last full day so the evening before our flight we had to ask for toilet paper/coffee/towels etc. we would have fed this back when checking out as you are usually asked about you stay but the staff member was playing a game on their phone and didn’t ask nor was interested in talking to us (I appreciate it was early in the morning and they may have been working all night)
