Cons:

Shower curtain would not block water from going on floor, had to use all extra towels to soak up water every day. Elevators extremely slow and small . Had to wait 10-15 min before an empty one came to our floor during morning times

Overall, it was a really nice stay and staff is amazing!!
Pros:

The location was amazing!! Everything was so walkable and so close to different restaurants. The staff was incredible and went beyond what we could expect from them.

Cons:

The only down side is how long we had to wait for an elevator. There were only two and they are very tiny.

Awesome and will always see if I can stay here every nyc visit

Everything. Staff friendly and helpful, free lemon water downstairs which I much appreciate, and comfortable and super clean rooms w/ a working tv. Loved it all

No funcionó la heladera el primer día, luego la cambiaron. La pava eléctrica no estaba en la habitación la tuvimos que pedir. Hay dos enchufes que ir no funcionando. En el baño no funciona ninguno

Ich würde das Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder buchen und weiterempfehlen!!!
Pros:

War mit meiner Mutter dort, wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Stadtblick mit 2 Doppelbetten gebucht, da die Betten ja sehr klein sind. Wir bekamen ein Zimmer im 20. Stock und waren super zufrieden.
Hatte etwas Bedenken, da ich ja im Vorhinein gelesen habe zwecks lange Wartezeiten beim Lift - wir haben nie Probleme gehabt und haben auch nie lange warten müssen.
Die Leute an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Konnten das Gepäck am Montag auch dort lassen, da wir erst am Abend heimgeflogen sind.
Die Lage ist auch super, nicht weit weg von der Penn-Station, optimal!

Cons:

Gibt nichts zu beanstanden :).
