We were originally booked into the hotel self catering but were moved to one of the townhouses on the Quay which worked out very well for us. Great location and views!

The hotel staff were very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. The room was exactly as we expected. The location was fantastic, and the breakfast was excellent.

The room was large with beautiful views and lovely to hear the bells from St. Coleman's Cathedral throughout the day. It was close to the main town area with Pubs, Restaurants, Stores, etc The front desk staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to help us with carrying out luggage upstairs and offering us suggestions on places to visit for live music and drink.
Although the room was very large, the beds were extremely uncomfortable with old mattresses. There was not enough linens in our room or an extra roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. We were expecting a more luxurious room for the amount of money we spent.
They were kind enough to give me a room upgrade with no extra charge.
