Celtic ross hotel
Pros:

The staff are all really nice , the location of the hotel is great , there was many breakfast lunch and dinner gluten free options available, the swimming pool and sauna and steamroom were very nice , the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable

Cons:

We stayed here on the hottest night ever and asked numerous staff members would it be possible to get a fan to the room as the rooms don't have air con and we were assured many times the fan would be delivered. A staff member wrote it down too and said while we were out of the room the would drop up a fan . We never got our fan and the room was extremely hot , the window too hardly opens as it's one that locks at a certain point which is fair enough but with no fan and no air coming into the room it was horrendous. We got no sleep because of this and checked out an hour earlier then needed the next day as the room was so intense with the heat . Also the hand soap and shower gel was almost empty in the room too. It is a shame about the fan situation as otherwise it was a great stay

Top hotel Celtic Ross.
Pros:

The staff were welcoming, accomodating and friendly and the hotel as a whole is excellent. The location overlooking the lagoon is ideal and the village centre is a short walk away.

Cons:

I really couldn't fault anything.

Pros:

Staff were extremely attentive and helpful. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. The hotel is spotless. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and great value for money. The location is one of the best things about this hotel - next to the beach, lovely walks, cute village with pubs, plenty of activities nearby including family friendly water course, tubing park and inflatable obstacle course. A hotel that has everything you need for a great break away in West Cork.

Location fab. Pool itself could b cleaner
Pros:

Breakfast wasnt included and think it should b for the price.

Cons:

Rooms need air condition. A fan was provided.windows only open small bit. A little disappointed with few cleaning issues. But it was rectified.

Pros:

They accommodated our needs and we're very goody. There, are plentiy of beaches. Scenery is excellent. When you open the window you can hardly hear passing traffic even though our room faced the road.

Cons:

Got locked out the second day of ourr stay had to reset our keys.
