Nie wieder Enzo Hotel in Reims
Pros:

Originelle Einrichtung für Formel 1 Fans
Hund war erlaubt

Cons:

Hotel in den 90er Jahren stecken geblieben. Ursprünglich ansprechende originelle Einrichtung, allerdings nie renoviert.
Zimmer sehr klein, das Bad sensationell klein (schmal). Die Armatur in der Dusche trägt noch den Kalk seit der Eröffnung mit....
Die Rezeptionsdame (das einzige Personal das wir gesehen haben) sprach nur Französisch. Darüber hinaus ignorierte sie weitestgehend alle Gäste.
Die Klimaanlage war viel zu schwach eingestellt und konnte im Zimmer nicht adaptiert werden. Wir waren bei etwa 40° Tagestemperatur dort, die Nacht war kaum kühler, an Schlaf war bei der Hitze nicht zu denken.
Das Frühstück war überschaubar, Rührei ekelhaft schleimig.
Wir waren auf der Durchreise, es war unser dritter Stopp auf der Reise, waren dort bisher am schlechtesten untergebracht.

Hotel agréable
Pros:

Jolie Chambre Spacieuse avec belle salle de bain, grande douche et wc. Matelas et oreillers confortables. Penderie et espace bureau avec chaise et tabouret, ou l'on peut manger facilement. Bien insonorisée. Le tarif comprenait l'accès au sauna mais il faisait très chaud et nous avons décidé de ne pas y aller.

Cons:

La chambre était au 2 eme etage (N°244): point négatif : Le rideau nest pas assez occultant, ne protège pas de la chaleur. La climatisation ne fonctionne pas comme il le faut, ne fait pas la fraîcheur attendue, il faisait entre 29 et 30 degrés dans la chambre, il faisait très chaud a l'extérieur(le 24 et 25 juin). Attention, l'hôtel est situé dans une petite zone industrielle mais le lieu est très calme

Option Spa
Pros:

Le prix, les chambres sont propres.

Cons:

Nous avions réservé l’option spa, si l’on peut appeler cela ainsi… L’hôtel ne devrait tout simplement pas proposer ce service.

Expérience très décevante. À notre arrivée, la personne de l’accueil — sympathique — nous informe que la lumière ne fonctionne pas, tout comme le lavabo. Le hammam n’a pas fonctionné durant les 5 minutes où nous avons tenté de l’utiliser. La douche à jets était sale, avec des buses défectueuses.

Seul le sauna fonctionnait, mais la porte s’ouvrait difficilement. On nous a également précisé qu’il ne fallait pas fermer la porte d’entrée du local sous peine de rester bloqués, ce qui est assez inquiétant.

Enfin, même si le personnel est aimable, il ne semble pas bien informé sur les installations.

Le petit déjeuner moyen pour 12€

room simple but comfortable. Free vend drinks machine in lobby

Cons:

bar advertised - not open at all. In fact, I wandered round reception (large open plan space) to see what was available, and was told to get out of the bar area as it was only for breakfast!
