Il y a intérêt à prendre le petit-déjeuner tôt car dû à l indelicatesse de certains clients les plats vident et je n ai vu personne qui les rechargeait .dommage.

Wij hadden kamer 128 en die was moeilijk te vinden.

Franchement, hôtel à fuir. La chambre était extrêmement sale : araignées, odeur d’égouts insupportable, fenêtre de la douche bloquée. Le lit bébé qu’on nous a donné était en mauvais état, avec des trous — inadmissible.
Même à 49 € la nuit, il y a un minimum. Là, ce n’est même pas une question de prix, c’est juste un manque total d’hygiène. On ne devrait pas proposer des chambres dans cet état. Très mauvaise expérience.

Manque de vigilance des responsables la chambre attribué n’avais pas été nettoyé …serviette par terre et lit défait. Cependant le responsable a été réactif et m’a donné une autre chambre
The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water, but the rooms and bathrooms are shabby. Reception service/checkin proceedure very poor.
We have stayed at this hotel on two other occasions, but this year, we were disappointed to find that the hotel reception was closed on arrival at 16.30, despite advising that we would be arriving at that time, amd we were told we would be able to check in. There was a self checkin facility, but when we attempted to checkin via this method, it did not acknowledge that we had already paid, and we could only check in if we paid again. Also, we were not informed that this method of checkin would occur. It is a cost-cutting exercise that is not helpful.
When the reception did open at 17.00, the girl who checked us in then proceeded to sit outside smoking for a long time, which is not a good image for the hotel. Later that evening, a man and his son were outside trying to checkin (after a 10 hour drive) but the reception girl had disappeared again. Apparently she come back at around 20.00 hours as she had been to McDonalds!
The rooms were not particularly clean, and looked very dated, There was no bath mat so water from the shower went over the bathroom floor.
There are plenty of cheap hotels around that offer a better service, so unfortunately, we will not be staying at the Enzo again as the service has deteriorated.

Exceeded all our expectations, the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, room was perfect but the icing on the cake were all the Formula 1 racing memorabilia! Will look out for this chain of hotels again.
