Tolle,zentrale Lage.Schöner Park mit altem Baumbestand, lauschig! Hotel mit Flair und Historie.Relax abends auf der Terrasse der Bar mit Aperitivo! Wunderbares Frühstück,ließ keine Wünsche offen.Allesamt zuvorkommende Mitarbeiterinnen!!!

Cons:

Abends/ nachts bis spät laute Partymusik von der Bar im Hotelpark war für mich störend im Zimmer und draußen.

Not a good service
Pros:

Beautiful old style hotel, nice bar (open late), good breakfast, beautiful garden

Cons:

1. The mattresses are just a disaster - I had a terrible back pain after each night
2. Very hot in the room - a/c didn’t work well
3. We came overseas and had a last minute problem with milk delivery for our 7 weeks old daughter. We asked hotel admin to help us with that and buy milk for us in advance in a nearby shop. They didn’t help.
4. One day they just missed cleaning in our room and rudely tell us that it was US who asked not to clean (not true!)

Ein Traum in Bozen
Pros:

Seit „Jahrzehnten“ für uns die Top-Location in Bozen. Zimmer-Upgrade und ein kleines Präsent zum Geburtstag erhalten, tolles geräumiges Zimmer, Frühstück auf der kleinen Terrasse und ein Festmahl im wunderschönen Hotelpark!

Cons:

Müllsortierung oder Bauarbeiten (?) schon sehr früh morgens im Hinterhof des Hotels - etwas störend wenn man ein Fenster offen hat!

Pros:

Einzigartiges Grandhotel mit besonderem Flair - wunderschönes Haus mit absoluter Aufenthaltsqualität, detailverliebtes Interior, traumhaft angelegter, weitläufiger Garten mit Poolbereich, Bar und Sitzgelegenheiten überall, tolle Restaurants, ultranettes Personal. Frischgepresster O-Saft zum Frühstück. Mitten in der City und dennoch ruhig und privat. So richtig zum Seele baumeln lassen.

Cons:

Nichts. Das Interior atmet den Charme vergangener Zeiten (ist aber top in Ordnung) und ist vielleicht nicht jedermanns Sache. Ich persönlich fand das Hotel einfach zauberhaft und habe keinerlei Kritikpunkte.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel an bester Lage. Unser Zimmer war nicht top modern mobiliert, aber trotzdem sehr schön und gross. Auch das Badezimmer ist super.
