The hotel was a wonderful surprise for its convenience and outstanding staff.
Pros:

The hotel is very close to the train station, but removed enough not to be noisy. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The hotel has an excellent garden with a comfortable bar; very pleasant in the afternoon. The breakfast layout was also very nice.

Cons:

The furnishings are a bit tired and dated.

駅から近く，建物・内装の雰囲気も良い．朝食は種類が豊富で，コーヒーや卵料理は注文を取ってサーブしてくれる．

２泊するのでバスタブが欲しかったが，主にコネクティングルーム用に使う狭い部屋でシャワーのみだったのが残念．

ボルツァーノ駅からのアクセスと、中心街へのアクセスはどちらも素晴らしいです。

Cons:

スタッフの人たちの愛想があまりよくなかったです。何かレセプションで尋ねても、教えてはくれるけれどニコリともしないので、ホテルや部屋は快適な分、残念でした。
