Pros:

レトロな雰囲気の落ち着いたホテルです。昨年宿泊して手入れの行き届いた庭や清潔な部屋に魅了され、今回のボルツァーノ滞在を決めました。特に清掃やベッドメイクに気遣いが感じられました。

レセプションがイマイチです。前回も感じたのですが、にこやかさが全くなく冷たい印象です。

街中に近い、朝食が美味しい、チェックアウト後にも困りごとの相談に対応してくれた。

Pros:

Wir lieben das Hotel Laurin und kommen seit vielen Jahren immer wieder hierher. So ein schönes Haus!! Positiv zu erwähnen sind vor allem das gute Frühstück, der wunderschöne Garten und die erstklassige Bar.

Cons:

Das Restaurant ist eine mittlere Katastrophe. Das Niveau der Küche ist wirklich enttäuschend und passt überhaupt nicht zum Anspruch des Hauses.

It is elegant inside and out! A grand hotel in the time-honored meaning of that phrase. The gardens, the pool, the bar, the breakfast, the sauna, the marble bathrooms, the tall double windows in each room-wow! Just wow!
