Overall, our stay was pleasant.
The hotel was clean and well maintained, and housekeeping was definitely one of the strong points; the room was always very clean.
Breakfast was quite varied and offered a good selection, which we appreciated.
The location is also good and convenient for getting around the city.

Cons:

However, we felt that the welcome and general attitude of the staff could be improved. During our stay, my friend and I perceived a certain lack of warmth and availability, and at times a sense of disinterest towards guests. This did not ruin the experience, but it is something that could make a real difference in terms of hospitality.

Pros:

Nagyon szép a szálloda és a szoba is. Az ágy nagyon kényelmes volt. Jó meleg volt a szobában (januárban szálltunk meg).

Cons:

A kávé nem volt túl finom a reggelinél. De ez szubjektív :) nem volt konnektor az ágy mellett.

Buen alojamiento y super recomendable
Pros:

Las camas comodísimas, almohadas también y sábanas y edredones. Personalmente sude un poco a pesar de desactivar el aire acondicionado que funcionaba perfecto, pero eso ya porque no me anime a pedir en recepción así que es más negligencia propia que del hotel.
En cuanto a los desayunos incluidos, muy rico todo y del momento, nada hecho días atrás ni recocido.
La atención muy amable, muy limpio todo, y tranquilo.

Cons:

Diría que nada, todo muy bien para el precio y lugar.
