Beautiful room and clean
Expensive not worth price we paid
The check in staff were rude and not helpful at all the offered us a table for dinner at 845pm it was extremely busy night and not enough staff on at all we could get drinks from the bar but had to drink them either outside or in the lobby area..there was a wait for 5 or 6 minutes for a drink the table we were offered in the bar for a 845 dinner reservation was free upon arriving in the bar at 745 the whole hour was free..when we sat at 845 the waitress told us to quickly look at the menu and order as kitchen closed at 9pm..we could of had the table at 745 and not rush our meal...the breakfast next morning was cold and cold coffee i did get a barista coffee free of charge and this was lovely..its not all bad as the room was fabulous spacious and extremely comfortable perhaps lack of staff on such a busy night caused us to have a poor experience within the restaurant and bar. I would like to return on maybe a midweek night and see if a less busy night would be a better experience for us..

The rooms were lovely , large bright clean and comfortable.
I liked the hotel , the rooms were clean . The food in the bar was delicious. The staff at reception were pleasant however I found the staff in the bar where we ate were very rude except for one young lad who served us . Over all We felt like a nuisance.After the meal we were waiting 20 minutes to order a drink standing at a bar trying to get a bar staffs attention. No one seemed to know what was happening.No hospitality at all . I definitely wouldn’t recommend the hotel because of this experience. The staff had no people skills , one blonde bar staff apologised and she was very pleasant . However I felt like I was dealing with angry teenagers who didn’t want to be hassled . My husband said we spent over 600 euros in the hotel between accommodation, food and drink and were made feel very unwelcome. We were staying one night only and very happy to go home . We were with a few other families and definitely two of the other families had the exact same poor experience.
